Here is a review of the World Records set in May 2019! 17 World Records this month across 4 unique tracks, featuring GBA Bowser Castle 3 shortcut activity, Wario's Gold Mine no-glitch activity, DS Yoshi Falls, and a landmark discovery on N64 Sherbet Land glitch opening the track up completely beyond the previously believed cap of only 1/3 pole clips with the discovery of making the glitch without needing to respawn. I hope you all enjoy! See you next month for when we review June 2019's World Records.

May 2019 WRs! 17 World Records in total across 4 tracks. A considerable cut to GBA Bowser Castle 3, further progress of DS Yoshi Falls and Wario's Gold Mine no-glitch, and the landmark discoveries by SwareJonge revolutionizing N64 Sherbet Land glitch. Almost feels like the track has been broken again like the first time. Absolutely love that fun stuff like this happens even 11 years after the game has been released. I hope you all enjoyed! As always, respective credit for all videos/images used that were not my own are properly credited in the description. See you all next month reviewing June 2019's WRs!

Landing back on the track with the magikruiser was done by me on may 14th as well(with TAS), I uploaded this unlisted to RU-vid and shared them in the MKWii TAS server. Anyhow I really love how you put this video together, big props to you for making this great series!

Haven’t seen much of this series, the only other episode I’ve seen is the first, which I thought was a bit awkward in terms of your speaking. However, I’m incredibly impressed by just how much you’ve improved. Your speaking is getting more and more natural and exciting, and you’re clearly more comfortable. Keep up the good work!

I think Braixen gained a ton at the start of lap 3 vs David moreso because David's shroom was extremely bad (only real bad part of his run, cost him an easy 6xx). However the MT strat significantly helps with aligning for a better shroom regardless of your angle entering the lap (pretty much unless you're hugging the wall).

Man Nick I am so biased but I loved how in detail you talked about bc3. Very few people know you can save a ton of time from getting a dead hop on the platform hop before the sc. Extremely hard to tell without racing a ghost; loved that you picked up on it anyways along with lots of other great information!

These Sherbert Land discovery is MASSIVE. We went from the 1:40s to the 1:36s in under a month which I find crazy. I love the time trial boom that comes from a new shortcut or optimazation

That Sherbet Land development was crazy! As a small suggestion, maybe for these tracks with a lot of improvements it would be helpful to have a picture or something of all the improvements on the track in one, just to see the overall time saves from the start to end of the month.

Heh I still remember TF Fierce with a shroomless ultra appearing in Top 10 back in WFC. Also, didn't Blaze and Bryce get a WR at the same time last month? I'm pretty sure I saw something on Troy's Discord about that.

perhaps someone could do the current 2 shroom no-death glitch on lap 1, and then do a 1 shroom death glitch on lap 2? that seems like the safest strategy that'll actually save a good amount of time.
