This game isn't even that old. That's like me getting Nostalgia from Super Mario Galaxy 2 or a Link between Worlds. It makes ni sense because they are RECENT games.
This game is easily my favourite game in the Mario and Luigi series and i have played them all, just the fact you could play as Bowser, the main antagonist of the entire series, was awesome.
+Matthew Santoro carrot could be the hardest thing in the world, or laughably easy, depends on luck, i beat it first try my first time, then after that its been diffucult...
+The3rdiceclimber You're right.I always used to complain to my parents(I was a 4 year old kid when I got that game, don't judge :P)saying:"MOM DAD I NEED HELP ON THIS CARROT PART,IT'S TOOOOOOOOOOO HARD D:"
Two evil beings locked in a seemingly endless battle. Each the same person, but still vaguely different from one another. One is a evil ruler of a kingdom, the other is a being of darkness. Both evil beings have the same goal, to conquer a kingdom for themselves. Inside both beings, a powerful force lingers. Inside the evil ruler, is his most hated enemies fighting along side him. Inside the being of darkness, Is the one that started all of the chaos. Both beings and forces are fighting their own battle, and they all have their own goals. This is the true final battle. A fight against the true being and his dark corruption. A fight that goes on inside between saviors of a kingdom and a being of chaos. This is the true final battle.
LazyGamerBoy54321 Nope, Cackletta is easy as hell. As long as you dont die when she takes you to 1 hp, you're fine afterwards. Elder Princess Shroob was hard as shit.
for me the boss is to easy because I only had this game and 3 other games for my ds when I was a child and i was a Pro in this game because I played it 23 times
This is, honestly, my second favorite game that ever exists. The soundtrack, characters, gameplay, etc all just worked together so well to make this beautiful piece of art.
+Ya Boi Ness Actually, same here. BIS came out on my 10th birthday, and I was lucky enough to get it as a birthday present. I have so many great memories with this game. :)
This song seems so sad to me. Here we have cute little Fawful who lost his sanity and is fighting to the death... I dunno, this music gives me feels...
Well, he wants to avenge Cackletta after Mario and Luigi defeated her back in the first M&L. Strangely, though, he does not make any mention of her anywhere in the game... (ik 1 month ago comment)
IT IN SSB4 OMFG!!!!!!!!!! I NEVER THOUGH IT'D HAPPEN BUT IT DID :D :D :D In my opinion the best music theme in video game HISTORY. Hell, search "final boss music" and see for yourself what the first suggestion is.
This song may be an amazing final boss song, but I wouldn't say it's the best. Well...actually, it really depends on the definition. If by "final boss song" you mean the song that plays during the final boss battle, then i must direct you to the Fire Emblem Awakening final boss stage music. It's a great piece on its own, but put in the context of the game...I'm pretty sure I almost cried the first time i played it. However, if by "final boss music" you mean any song playing during any major boss battle (because sometimes, side bosses or extra bosses have EPIC music), then I'd say UN Owen Was Her is better. That being said, this song is a solid top 5 pick, if not second. In terms of videogame music, though, it's a little bit lackluster. Sure, it sets the final battle mood well, and it's fitting for the style of the game it's from, but that's why it's lackluster: Bowser's Inside Story has a relatively kawaii graphic style, and the music matches. Compare that to, say, the Cornered remix from Ultimate Marvel VS Capcom 3. That song is amazing to begin with, and adding a dance beat and synth to it is just so cool. Oh, and don't forget Dr. Wily's Theme from Megaman 2. That's just so good I don't know how to describe it. Oh, there's this Cave Story remix that I forget the name of, but it's awesome. And a lot of the Smash Bros remixes are superb, including the one for this one. Also, I've heard this song somewhere before that wasn't this game. But I can't remember where! Tl;dr version: It's a fantastic song, but not the best song. There may never be a "best song", since it's a subjective idea.
This track is so legendary, it fits with the theme, the boss battle and the landscape so beautifully and I’ve never played the game to experience it. It’s that powerful!
Hands down the best 3DS game as well as the best Mario game I’ve even TOUCHED. Brings me to tears whenever I hear this music. The nostalgia hits different
It's crazy that a lot of videos of either this song or the final battle itself have over a million views. I didn't think that this game was that popular.
+Supershadic1000000 oh my goodness I hated the carrot. But then again, like 4(?) years ago I got stuck on the first boss and gave up... Picked up the game a year later, beat it, and basically fell in love with the boss music.
This was randomly suggested for me but, just wow... It's been 9 years since i played it. This hit me hard and knowing the fact how much i changed since then... The feeling is undescribable.
I miss the good mario RPG's :') I love paper mario I also love the mario RPG's I saw the paper jam trailer I was hyped as hell I got the game and could cry because it had nothing what the other games had something that you'll remember and make you smile :') god I should sleep bye
>Broggy Bonker 2-3 times. >Punch Dark Bowser in the stomach >Inhale Dark Fawful/Dark Star Core >Jump Helmet on both glasses >Snack Basket on legs >Magic Window on Core >FIGHT OVER Am I the only one who finds the actual final boss battle really pathetic? It's probably the easiest final boss of the Mario & Luigi series. Heck, even if you DON'T use Magic Window on the core, you can still defeat it before it has a chance to leave Bowser's body with something like Jump Helmet. The music, as well as Bowser's final KO punches more than make up for it though.
They should have given him a spinning move. The first 2 had a spiny move and the final boss of Partners could annihilate you late fight with it. Mentioning the old games just makes me miss the time without the shield badge of op.
scarblade666 That's why I don't use most of the gamebreaking Badge combos in Dream Team; I'll use the time stop badge to make certain battles a little easier, but that's it. And it's worth it; Dreamy Bowser in Dream Team is probably the most difficult final boss of the series since Cackletta's Soul, and it's fun as hell.
The Real Jarkes I used the starter badges because I didn't like the idea of spending money on other badges. I'll admit to using the infinite power chili for Cackletta. That fight got hard if you let it go on for too long and I was pretty young at the time.
Lol, thats EXACTLY my setup, use the intruder fangs, and it's even faster, Broggy twice in a row, and the ONLY attack that he even gets is the series of dark minions, sometimes I'll put in the game just to do the final battle again. :P
scarblade666 I hear you. Especially since I ALWAYS use the level 1 versions of the Bros. Attacks in the original, since I can never get the timing right otherwise. Which of course means I can't use them at full power, use Advanced Knockback Bros. more than twice (at least, I think that's what's preventing me, since supposedly it keeps going until you miss, but I can only ever do it twice on level 1), get more fireballs out of Fire Bros., or get more than two spins out of Cyclone Bros.
Still stays as my favorite final boss theme. I thought Megalovania would beat it, but it just can't this song is fucking amazing. Undertale may be my favorite game, and may have an AMAZING soundtrack, but no song will conquer this one in my list of final boss themes.
Roro Cyr This was a childhood game to me, so it really stuck to me. At the time, I was blown away by the music. I think that's mostly why I like it more, but to this day I still think it's an amazing piece, so I'm not exactly sure :T Plus, the boss fight includes Bowser and Fawful, my two favorite villains of all time.
This is the first time I've heard this song in five years and I started tearing up because it was literally my childhood. I had to pause it in order to type this, the nostalgia was so strong
i remember over a decade ago, i have to be 8 or 9, i had this bookmarked so that i could listen to it CONSTANTLY. couldn’t get enough of it. i think i even slept to it somehow 😭
