She can also create clones that turn into bats. I think they are related. Maybe because Antasma is described as an ancient nightmare so maybe he is Cackletta's father or grandfather.
There is really only one known way, at least to my knowledge. The actual Cackletta is the only one of the three capable of using lightning on both brothers at the same time.
this game is what started it all. all games are in one storyline. Mario and Luigi fought Cackletta and Fawful, which killed Cackletta, so Fawful planned revenge over the course of Partners in Time. During his planning, a whole other invasion was happening with the shroobs, so Mario and Luigi teamed up with their past selves to defeat the enemy once and for all. Later, Fawful finally finished his plan, leading up to Bowser's Inside Story. Without this game, Bowser's Inside Story wouldn't exist.
Bowser's Inside Story was a really good game. It ties with Superstar Saga. I love these two games. You should try Bowser's Inside Story. It's funny and IT HAS FAWFUL AS THE MAIN VILLIAN. ;)
Well, to me. It certainly felt a lot longer than Inside Story. The mechanics are basically the same (besides for the bowser part). And the music is still catchy, not to mention the hilarious story telling. I think all three are equally great, and if you don't have this one in particular, get it!

It's because he had amnesia when he blasted from that cannon and when Popple rescued him, he manipulated him into his "rookie" who doesn't remember his serious and greedy ways as the Koopa King.

LOL! I was stuck on the part where you have to smash luigi into a hole to turn him into a surfboard, so for about a year and a half I just walked around wondering what to do, so when i found out through youtube, i was level 49 so the boss was so easy!
Was never able to beat Hermie III because i was out of PP so i couldn't do any of the bros attacks and i cant find any items near by. I also don't want to go anywhere to buy because i haven't played in a while and wont be able to get back.
the only thing that bugged me in this game is that the bros had to stick together, and to make up for the fact that there were no controls to make them move sideways, they came up with the thunder tickle. I felt that was a cheap excuse for not having controls to move or separate. Like in Wendy's puzzle, they HAD to use the gate to separate. And the Teehee Valley lift, it could only be used with one brother, so only once could it be used.
there is a thing that isn't with in this video.popple and rookie will do duo attacks after a part of the battle and then popple says after the first one:see,that was our bros. attack
the only real way to find out which one is the real cackletta is to let her attack if you do if she is the left or right she will mostly point away or use both of her hands that will be the real cackletta also the fakes will point their arms towards the real one...does this help any one who is having trouble with this boss?
When you were fighting Hermie, after using Thunder Bros, I kinda freaked out. Like, "I know it said Critical, but 3014 DAMAGE?!" Buuut, then I noticed that it was 30 and 14 for the two claws. xD All is right in the world.
You, sir, are correct. The problem is, Nintendo doesn't realize they're putting all this money into things that only a small amount of people want. We want another Mario and Luigi RPG, they're giving us New Super Mario Bros. Like you said, how the hell is that even new!?
Mario and Luigi SuperStar Saga was by far the most successful and loved game throughout the Mario franchise. Partners in Tme was also excellent as well. I loved the whole meeting their pasts and acually helping each other. Bowser's inside Story was alright but in my opinion, it could have done a whole lot better.
hint for newbeginers at the cakletta boss:do not fall in the magic black holes. also,before i defeated him/her i had only 1 bro alive and belive me,it's much easier becouse that you press the jump button when the hole is next to the bro so will some time take and you jump over the hole!:D liked to say that
