I grinded the hell out of moon KFR back in 2020, got to be ranked top 1000. Last I checked I'm still about 1500 on the ingame leaderboards. Great video!

Are any of these tricks literally 1 frame perfect? It seems a bit questionable to me given that the hardware itself doesn't does not support that sort of precision. There's quite a bit of variance in the input lag of Switch controllers due to the fairly low polling rate, different parts of the stack running asynchronized from each other, etc. A move requiring frame perfect precision would have a quite significant failure rate even if the player executed it perfectly. You could conceivably do frame perfect inputs on an old console like SNES, but not on anything semi-modern.

im a top 1000 kfr speed runner and I even have top 500 with hackers in bound bowl. and I can say with 100% certainty that everything u see in the video, is way harder to do than it looks.
