I like the slow dice block token and silver and gold and +5

There isn't any good ELI5 so I want to ask some questions: Are token unlocks permanent? Are they saved on the console or the Amiibo? Can I unlock all the tokens with one Amiibo or do I need one of each character?

Imagine if there is a gold token that plus 10 to your roll

how do you get the token that makes you bronze? I have all of the bronze tokens besides that one

how do you get gold thing?
