0:44 The music, the screams, the fact they were riding balls, Mario's futile attempt to win... Just. Perfect.
They're all hilarious, but the first one is the one that never fails to make me giggle like an idiot. I think it's a combination of Peach backing into Luigi's car and him doing that little cocky spin that drives me over the edge.
Nintendo is aware of this meme. During the 2017 world championship, they played Mario Party 2 and somebody said "And no Luigi, you can't win by doing nothing you gotta do something!"
Michael Darrow yes, this is nearly impossible to control (having personally played on Wii U VC)… but CPUs probably have an easier time precisely flicking their control stick 96 units in any direction
It is when the AI expects you to dodge. Keep in mind, though, most of these games are played on Easy, so that might have something to do with it as well.
At your local library you find a book entitled "Victory through the Art of Zen: How to Win by Doing Absolutely Nothing" by Luigi. ...all of the pages are blank.
@@viddysgamingviddyos4710 Ive seen a gif of it peach and wario being discord and the streaming thing google is making, then luigi is steam and mario is the epic store
the first clip is fucking hilarious, wario makes a mistake and gets taken out immediately, peach takes out mario who did nothing, then proceeds to back up, into Luigi, who did nothing, Luigi then just started spinning with a completely blank face
i think my favorite one was the one at 0:45-0:49. Quality AI.
Strangely enough, "winning Mario Party by doing absolutely nothing" was listed as one of Luigi's achievements when he and Tails threw down in Death Battle.
0:44 Wario and Peach : Fall off Mario : "Wassup Brother?" Luigi : "Nothin just chillin. :D" - Mario falls off - Luigi : " :( " Luigi : "oh well......YAHOO!!"
Once, many years ago, my dad and brother were playing Mario Party together and some sort of racing minigame came up. Dad dozed off, sleeping through the race, and somehow managed to still win against my brother who was actually trying. I don't remember who he played back then, but I'm thinking it was Luigi. :P
0:46 wario and peach be like: I've decided I want to die Also Luigi: what should I do to win The magic conch: nothing
Bowser Jr Plush and Gaming (five years later): I know firsthand that Bob-omb Barrage is _really_ hard to control as the three players, and even an Easy CPU probably has an easier time flicking the control stick exactly 48 units downwards than I do.
0:44 is easily the best. Wario & Peach: What the fuck are we doing anyway? *suicide* Mario: Gonna get Luigi...Wait he's not moving. Gonna get Peach...Wait she suicided. Gonna get Luigi...wait wait WAIT ABORT ABORT ABORT AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH
lol on a random topic, i like your display pic? you play World of Warcraft? I'm guessing you play a mage. as for faction i couldn't even begin to guess.
OMG! I used to watch this video way back when it was popular! This was the video that started the entire history of Luigi's legacy. Im so happy that I got this legend in my recomendations. So much nostalgia...
Knowing Nintendo and this game's target audience, this was probably by design; it allows even the littlest of kids to be able to play the same board game as their parents, and it honestly should be. I say it's a brilliant move by Nintendo's brilliant designers/coders.
Imagine the sheer ecstatic bliss that Buddha Luigi must have felt. 😌 Bliss so utterly perfect that he left the material world, completely trusting matters to resolve themselves during his absence. Some believe that in the course of three minutes and 36 seconds, Buddha Luigi had lived millions of lifetimes 🤭
Me: Okay, I'll be Luigi. Okay, I gotta go to the bathroom so can you play without me? Dad: Okay. (I go to the bathroom and start winning multiple times) Me: I'm back! Did I miss anything?
Elite Tube Well, I'm five years late, but I can also say that this minigame is _really_ touchy with the controls, and even Easy CPUs would have an easier time flicking the control stick exactly 48 units in any direction than I would.
The third minigame could be used as a metaphore for console gaming. Wario: Microsoft, Xbox things Peach: Sony, Play Station Things Mario: Nintendo, derping around. Luigi: PC, no need to do anything to win.
teil show Because Nintendo tends to do its own thing. Sometimes it great (gamecube, n64, gameboy advance) and others it's not so great (late-game Wii, Virtual boy) I used the term 'derping around' as a metaphor of 'doing ones own thing'
In this video, Luigi: Ya hoo! (All the time) Mario: Hahahahahaha... (Most of the time) Wario: NWAHHH... (Most of the time) Peach: Ah~~oh~~ah~~oh~~...x (most of the time) Mario, why you laughed after you had lost? Wario, you had a very loud voice. Peach, your scream was very funny. It looks like your voice was affected by an earthquake.
Luigi is such a gigachad that he literally doesnt have to put effort into succeeding. The entire universe bends itself because it respects Luigi too much to ever let him lose
0:57 I saw the thumbnail and thought that was gonna be the video, but this compilation was fantastic! Luigi is my favorite character
