This is Decathlon Castle from Mario Party 7 for the Nintendo GameCube.
In Decathlon Castle you have to earn points by playing mini-games as perfect as possible.
Mario Party 7 is the final Mario Party for the GameCube. The goal of Mario Party 7 is to collect as many coins and stars by winning Mini-Games and using orbs. Mario Party 7 is mostly known for the angry Bowser events and the eight player mode it also is the second Mario Party to have Mic Mini-Games and it still uses orbs instead of Capsules and items.
