I love how it’s the fourth board and everyone has won once (not counting the AI) it hasn’t been this diverse since mario party 1 and it’s not just one person winning every time
Diversity is best. I don't mind Jon winning all the time as I much used to. But people other then him winning ups the suspense a little and in a competition that's crucial to maintaining interest.
I don't hate Jon winning but I'm loving how this Mario Party is anyone's to win three boards in whereas the last one the ONLY thing that was worth fighting for was to tie Jon and thats it. The playthroughs are still copious amounts of fun so we, the fans, win in the end.
so far it has been 3 times (losing to Bowser before a chest that gave 20 coins, opening a bomb chest, BJ swapping coins ) My personal belief is that I won't count basic minigame losses or red spaces as well as other players directly targeting john. All of these are either minor enough not to qualify or not the board's doing If you would like me to continue the count, then be sure to find my comment next video
yeah, specifically if the A.I deliberately attacks or sabotages Jon (While on his team) I will count it, as well as a pure chance minigame making him lose an important match
Bowser Time Unique Events: -he will steal a star from first place and pop it into the chest with the star making so it has 2 stars in it. -he will steal 10 coins from everyone and pop it into the chest with coins so that it was 60 coins in it. -he will pop a dark star into the one with the bomb-omb replacing it. the dark star making a player lose a star. also if you land on a Bowser Space with no coins Bowser gives you 10 coins. but had emile gone that way he'd pass the shooting event where it free coins. so unless he purposefully shot a Toadsworth he'd have coins and as such trigger a minigame.
3:24 to be fair, getting a Koopa Kid space on the first turn is a blessing in disguise since there isn't much he can do besides swap the positions of everyone. No one has Orbs yet and everyone has the same amount of coins so the Bowser Revolution thing doesn't really do anything!
Looks like we got to my favourite board now! It was also the first board I ever played in this game. As for background notes, comparing the Magic Orb to a Mushroom isn’t really accurate because the Magic Orb guarantees a doubled dice roll. As for the side effect, it only bypasses roadblocks, not all events. Much like the Metal Mushroom. The card event can also give you a star if you get a perfect score. As far as the rocket event, I learned the hard way that it’s based on how many big pumps you make. Think of it like the last section of Dungeon Duos from MP4. And yeah, Emile’s right that one of the chests can spawn on the highest level. On another note, I guess the game isn’t done screwing over Jon yet, but we’ll just wait and see :)
Jon’s luck saw him through Goomba’s Greedy Gala but fell through in Spiny Desert. With a board that somewhat combines the two of them, how will he fare this time? 3:33 Better than losing coins, but who knows if the red star is in play for this game’s bonus stars? 6:35 You and me both. Arguably the worst of the three Multiplayer Bowser games... 8:00 I swear, Tim must’ve been millimeters from losing the game several times. I’m surprised as he is that he didn’t get singed a few of those times... If you’ve not seen the TRG Stream where they played Bowser Party in Mario Party 10...first off, finish this video. Then go find that portion of the stream (not that hard to find on RU-vid) and see firsthand how Emile truly feels about that other wall climbing minigame. 13:56 That’d have to be one tiny Pokey... 15:31 Smight’s favorite flip book.
Grand Canal = Europe Pagoda Peak = Asia Pyramid Park = Africa Neon Heights = North America Windmillville = Europe again Bowser’s Enchanted Inferno = Not a Continent So there is no board that is located in South America, Australia, Arctic, and Antartica.
You forgot to specify that Grand Canal is Venice, not just Europe. Pagoda Peak is also China, Pyramid Park is Egypt, and Neon Heights is New York City. And if I'm not wrong, Windmillville is supposed to be based on the Netherlands.
A nice touch, when Waluigi used his vacuum you could see Yoshi moving closer to him and then starting to run. That is something you don't see often as the are usually far away from eachother and could've just aswell not been put in at all
Just to get a Recap on the Current Scores on the Mario Party 7 Scoreboard: 1st : Proton Jon: 1(Grand Canal) 1st: Chuggaaconroy: 1(Pagoda Peak) 1st: NintendoCaprisun: 1(Pyramid Park) 2nd. A.I./COM/CPU; 0 [Grand Canal: Mario; Pagoda Peak: Peach; Pyramid Park: Dry Bones; Neon Heights: Boo] Will the A.I. Get their First Victory; Or Will The Human Trio of Tim, Jon & Emile keep getting all the victories; Who will win the victory of Neon Heights; Find out on The Runaway Guys' 29th Collaboration: Mario Party 7
New3DSLUIGI364 yeah it’s been very interesting since I think Mario Party 1 sorta 5 since it’s the only one the AI won on abd there’s this one so Ooh boi
I get a big goofy grin whenever Emile conspicuously references another media franchise I enjoy during a video, and reciting the lyrics to "Neon" here is one of my favourite examples. ^^
You know things will be good when Emile is speak-singing RWBY as the first moment of the video. And that Magic orb sound like the Mega Mushroom from 4.
Oh my goooood this board is so PRETTY! I've never seen it before, I thought it was another board in space but it's this beautiful film studio!!! Oooooo I'm gonna love Neon Heights 💜
I sincerely wish there was a way to block people's comments on this site. She, Justin Y and every single user who post spam like 'notification squad' and 'I'm early....' would all immediately be blocked.
The Bowser Times for Neon Heights are all chest based where he can either steal a star from first place where whoever opens the star chest gets two stars instead of just one. He can steal 10 coins from all players where who ever gets the coins in the chest gets 60 coins. The last thing is switching the bob-omb with a dark star. Luckily once you get the star from a chest the coins and dark star won't matter.
10:53 It seems like a common trend is that the AI hates Jon in this series. Between Mario punching him off the board and the constant duels with Peach, they hate him.
This will be fun, especially as the board is like Kamek’s Library in the DS Mario Party. I’m starting to think that those two games were developed around the same time.
Toad has a serious shroom problem and Waluigi is just fueling it by giving him more coins. Meanwhile Yoshi and Boo have have a nice relaxing stroll around Neon Heights.
9:55 Emile your wrong again...(don't mean to be mean about it) but the MAGIC ORB lets you roll... and whatever you roll it will double...and you turn invisible and avoid traps...it's last for two turns as well
I love this board, even though it's kinda a predecessor to King Boo's Haunted Hideaway from Mario Party 8. It has a much more cheery atmosphere and more fun mini games. The shooting game is so easy and the bat game reminds me of Swing Kings, also from Mario Party 8!
It’s time for the impossibility if somehow having a movie set, Rocket station, and baseball diamond on four skyscrapers! Isn’t this beautiful? Fun fact: I thought this was going to be the Faire Square for 7, but I was severely disappointed and severely excited. Edit: And for those in the know, I remember a secret in the game, where you can get stars in coin-collecting games? Is that true?
