My complaints are endless , first missing more animations of certain characters , Luigi and Daisy (Not that they were friends , and maybe something else ), Mario and Wario are rivals , Sonic and Shadow also, an animation between Peach and Bowser would have been very funny, and between Sonic and Knuckles would be funnier still are also rivals. And my biggest complaint is Rouge, with Shadow or Knuckles It would have been great , it is the only missing .
Silver and Blaze have their own animation but not Sonic and Blaze ?! These guys fight together side by side in Sonic Rush & Sonic Rush Adventure and Sonic helped her to use the Sol Emeralds for the first time wtf SEGA :(
I know right, I'm not happy that they missed some key relationships as well, especially the rival ones, plus Luigi and Daisy. And Bowser and Peach's would be comical..._Mario Power Tennis_, anyone...?

I think the recordings are newer, but aren't brand new to this game. I could've sworn I've heard those voice clips before... I think maybe you just hadn't encountered them yet is all. ;)
I know. For an idea, Sonic could have done a few of his flips in the animation, then he catches Shadow also doing it as well, gives him a thumbs up and Shadow could be trying to look casual.
Here's some more I wish they had: Sonic and Knuckles (Knux is Sonic's bestie after Tails of course) Sonic and Blaze (Sonic is Blaze's second friend after Cream) Sonic and Shadow (Sonic could be all energetic while Shadow is like 'whatever...') Sonic and Silver (I'd like to see them interact more.) Tails and Cream (Both of them are in Volleyball together in the DS version... and come on! It would have been adorable, shipping or not!) Tails and Wave (Sonic Riders, as with Sonic and Jet) Tails and Rouge (They are rivals too I believe, at least in Sonic Battle.) Tails and Knuckles (They are also best friends. Sega, step it up!) Amy and Cream (They are sisters, hello!?) Amy and Rouge (That would have been a funny one.) Blaze and Cream (Cream is Blaze's first friend!) Shadow and Rouge (Duh! They are always doing things together. Plus, it'd be a make up session for the hardship Rouge put Shadow through in the 2010 and 2014 releases) Knuckles and Rouge (Rouge could get a little flirty while Knux is shy. Heh, not too big on this pair, but it would be funny.) Knuckles and Espio (Knuckles' Chaotix refrence) Vector and Espio (Again, always hanging out.) Jet and Wave (They are on the same team) Omega and Rouge/Omega and Shadow (Team Dark has to stick together.) As for crossovers and Mario ones... search me.
Rosealina with Peach and Daisy would have been nice. Ooh, maybe Rosealina with Rouge as a crossover one. Or... would that be Rosealina and Wave? I don't know.
I am so disappointed that there weren't more special animations for the new characters like Shadow and Rouge or Knuckles and Rouge or anything like that.
Can you by chance upload the credits please, or at least say which developers worked on the Wii U version? Arzest and Spike Chunsoft worked on the 3DS version for instance.
OMQ DIZ GAME SUX CUZ NO KNUXOUGE AND SHADOUGE ANIMATION11!! Alright, too much shippings that aren't fanon, so these animations of non-canon ships could go with it too 1.) Waluigi and Rosalina - Also a non-canon ship, but I ship it, they would hold hands and spin while flying 2.) Sonic and Blaze - Non-canon ship ahead, just because they are partners in some games, they would have a random handshake 3.) Mario and Wario - Not a ship, but Wario would grab Mario's hand and raise the hand in the air, meaning he is fine with his rival winning as well 4.) Knuckles and Rouge - Let me also put some Knuxouge in this, they would be shy and laugh at each other 5.) Shadow and Rouge - Also some Shadouge, they could do multiple high fives 6.) Luigi and Daisy - The dance they did at Daisy's Circuit from MKW Enough is enough!
I really like Blaze and Silver, I may just be biased cause they're my faves but the animation looks cool. Also why do Shadow and Waluigi have one but Shadow and Sonic don't?
Shadow has a special victory animation with Silver, but not Sonic? I call bullshit! Also, where's Mario and Wario? Luigi and Waluigi? Sonic and Knuckles? Knuckles and Rouge? Sonic and Blaze? And many others I can name off.
