This series are definition of pure fun and excitement. I mean come on, how many games out there allows you to throw your opponents into an electric fence while playing football/soccer? And doing all these with mario and his friends? OMG! I CANNOT WAIT

@@simplyvryy6398 i really like most the techniques but there are some bad things that happened i really don’t like, like the how small the field is or how cool the old goalie is and having no field hazards or the special characters items. (am sorry for being negative but these things i really like and want to see them back here)
The art style on this is just superb. The still drawings are awesome and the character models are so expressive. Looking forward to the game (and some clarity on the DLC timeline for additional characters.)
From the demo I played this one definitely more technical in terms of controls. A steeper learning curve for sure compared to the previous games where you can pick up and play in no time. But I'll still give it a shot to get fully invested in it. Love the artstyle of the game though.
When it said "Move the Goalie" I got excited and thought you could actually control your goalie LOL. Regardless, super hyped for the game. Long time fan, always love seeing the series evolve... and this game will be no exception. Can't wait for Friday!
@@mitchellslan7408 I'll have a Club created the first second the game comes out. I think you can name your own Clubs, and so me and one other person wanted to start "The Task Force" (or just "Task Force" idk)...it'll be on my channel either way, but happy to have any serious players join in!
@@JakeYolk Their talking about how more modes and characters like Daisy are going to be added after launch. I don’t care that much, but I get why people are angry.
I know they will add more characters as free DLC, I just hope they do it soon, before people start losing interest on this game. As fun as it is, having only 10 characters makes it less replayable than it could be
@@MrOnepiecem7 true, but drip feeding content has become a popular way to keep a game alive!! Look at DBZ XenoVerse 2... If people just let the game die, they'd finally work on a part 3
I hope it's possible for an easy mode or something. I like the older games for the pick-up and play. This game seems to be very complex to actually be good without knowing the precise controls beforehand
From what I've seen, the goalie in this game seems to be very weak (or inconsistent). You just need to shoot from any spot, even with bad shooting stats, and the ball often goes in because boom boom is so bad. Why playing tactical when you can play like a braindead and just shoot and score? Even if the shot isn't even charged... Please fix this
Now I'm wondering. Are aerial shots still a thing? I remember being able to make lobbed passes and immediately shoot in charged, and it always looked really cool with the slowdown effect.
@@indigo7898 Mashing tackle will detriment your speed, and charged tackles have endlag if you miss. Not only that but tackling an opponent who doesn't have the ball will be considered a foul and the game will give the enemy team an item for them to use. If you keep doing this, the game will throw in an Invincibility Star for the opponents to use, so the game means it when they say "be careful of your tackles."
True, but it makes this game more serious and less of a party game. If it is serious, how good will it be online? If I go to my friend's house to play and he is less experienced, will he have a chance? I think this game did a little too much
I think they forgot to add the part where the cpu team gets 3 times more items than you, takes out your whole team with turtle shells, and scores an easy goal.
Quick question I did all the tutorials everything is cool but is there a pressure button? Like me controlling a character but sending a defender to pressure when I am defending 🤔

Can't believe this game is coming out tomorrow on my bday. I played the first two games. Super Mario Strikers on GameCube with my best friend which was super fun and then Mario Strikers Charged on the Wii with other people. Second game on Wii was more competitive based with trick shots, chip shots, dekes and mega strikes. 'Battle League is a pure revival of the franchise and it's definitely going to resemble more of the first game but much better. Question is if you can do trick shots like you did in Charged? Charged had a competitive scene back then and I knew players that played this seriously with clans, as well as tournaments. Battle League added the clubs online feature which will make the game more competitive than Charged was with online play. Maybe the players I know that played Charged will come back and play Battle League competitive if they have a Switch. The new gameplay features in Battle League are great and back to 2 mega strike goals, rather than 6. Would have been cool if they kept trick shots which was a major competitive part of the last game in Charged. But I personally liked Strikers GameCube more so I would like Battle League a lot more. Too bad I don't have a Switch lol. I'm a PlayStation fan. Can't wait to see the whole review of this game and see people play this online with streaming, which I will watch.. What you guys think?
By intercepting, they would mean just simply running into the ball or tackling the ball itself, but you can prevent it by tackling the person who is going to receive the ball instead. CPUs in the demo did it to me.
i REALLY wish i could understand why isn't it possible for 4 people to play online in a single console. or why can't 4 friends can't play together online, each on his own switch. this kind of design decision is absolutely infuriating
Perfect shooting & even passes? Can’t wait to be playing some online league & there’s some cracked out 8 year old who’s perfected everything so I can’t even play 😂
I was excited about this game then when I think about how lack luster Mario Party superstars was now I want to watch actual gameplay of this when it’s out to even see if this is worth the purchase. I just don’t wanna support Nintendo any more if they’re not going to put enough content in a game..
