I wouldn’t quite say faithful. Music is changed a lot. They overhauled the score mechanic. And most importantly, the minis never laugh at DK. Tragic.

Im beyond excited for this release. I miss puzzle games like this! Day one physical pick up for me!

Played the demo. It was alright but not my priority

It looks great. If it goes on sale I’ll grab it.

Hmm, if the game gets a $10 price drop on sale I’ll prob get it.

My kids tried the demo and loved it so I went ahead and put in a pre-order for the physical copy of the game. Not sure if I'll play it much (other than to help them when they get stuck) though.

I hope we get Donkey Kong 94 in the Gameboy virtual console

5:13 I beat most of Mario Wonder (except for the special world levels) in less than 25 hours total playtime for your reference.

I’ll get this game soon along with DK Country Tropical Freeze and Zelda Links’s awakening and i want to get into Donkey Kong now more than ever.

I’m just glad they kept the Charles Martinet voice lines from the original. It felt a bit disheartening that he was cast out before he could voice in a new game, so it’s nice to get something of a send off. The price is a bit steep, so I’ll wait to buy this.

I’ve never played the original. I’d like to try this. I’m not a puzzle guy though. Demos are worth a try.

Idgaf, it’s a remake of the original which I’d give a 9/10. Looks like a great simple time with no filler. Doesn’t hurt my GF got it for me for Valentines Day too ;)

As someone who enjoyed & 100%ed the original game multiple times back when it originally released, I'll probably pick up the remake later this year. It'll probably be a nice birthday present, but I kind of wish it looked a bit more high quality with some more newer features.

When they announced it I actually thought it was the remake of that Donkey Kong gameboy game that extended the original Donkey Kong.

this type of game is perfect for people who don't want BS and just want pure gameplay. modern games got too much story i anit got time for that

Cheap made remaster, I watched a long playthrough on youtube and I don't think it deserved its price or even the fact that it got a remaster

A 7 isn’t a bad score for me personal a 7/10 is more of a if it’s a rainy day outside and I’m boarded I’ll play it but if we were to score it based on the multiplayer then it’s an easy 8 for me

It looks like a fine game for what it is. With that being said my backlog of games that I Really want to play is long enough to where I am only spending my money on must play titles that I’m super excited for like FF7-2 or if there was a new Fire Emblem announced and things of that nature.

its a fu c. king good platform game, 10/10, but the price takes it to 8/10 in my opinion. 30-40 bucks Is more fair

This is the best Gameboyu Advance game, of all time. I already bea tthe original but Ilove the game so much I need to see it in the HD with the not full price. totaly woreth it/

Im so excited for this game. Played the demo, enjoyed it, and im looking forward to the release. 150 levels!? What!? 150 levels that are insane. Im glad the mini marios are back, and im going to enjoy the hell outta this game

It's a fun game, but only because the original is a fun game. This remake is lame, it removed so much of what made the original unique and fun. 5/10 : Play the original instead.

Just wished it was more than the first game. Like crash HD tirology, if this was Activision or Sony I would probably expect at least 3. At least there is new content

I just realized that they removed the high-score system from this game. That's a complete disgrace! Without the scoring system this game is just some mediocre platformer with puzzle elements. The thing that made this a Puzzle Platformer was figuring out the optimal* way to beat it in order to achieve the high-score! You know... The answer* to the Puzzle* !!! FK THIS GAME!!!

85 is what it deserves imo
