@@pippomela XD yeah idk what i was thinking. However It would be a pretty close match however. Since Mario Kun is often times reliant on toon force and so on and so fourth. Archie sonic is definitely haxy with various amounts of powers and abilities. Plus a bit of fate hax and so on. Super Mario Kun is pretty much a combination between Mario and Paper mario, pretty much combining the capabilities of both these characters. With that added on to many of mario's power ups, haxes and scaling to Bowser Kun who beated up his own manga artist, The matchup is pretty close. I wouldn't say a stomp but pretty close

Mario's feats and abilities: Can effortlessly lift castles that (lowballed) weigh about 80,000 tons. Can easily destroy enemies that are multiple times his size. Has very high amounts of stamina, he almost never takes a break while on adventures and is almost never shown to be fatigued. Mario can reach MFTL+ speeds through scaling to characters such as Giant Bowser who flew to the centre of the Universe in a matter of seconds. Mario losing to Goombas and weaker enemies are merely game mechanics and shouldn't be counted. Defeated Culex who is likely Multiversal. Needed some help though, so Mario should be Low-Multiversal off this feat. The Dream stone holds the dreams of every living being to ever exist, it is practically an Infinite power source, meaning that it holds the energy of an Infinite amount of universes, making the dream stone Multiversal+. Bowser absorbed said stone and still lost to Mario, Luigi and the Zeekeeper. While it may be a shared feat, Infinity ÷ 3 = Infinity, making Base Mario Multiversal+. Let's not forget about his power ups either: Fire Flowers grant Mario the power of fire, while it is useless since Mario can already shoot fire in the RPG games without one, it looks cool I guess. Ice Flowers grant Mario the power of ice, he can simply freeze his enemies, allowing him to get easy shots in. (unless the enemy is strong enough to escape) Frog Suits make Mario swim much more efficiently, making underwater combat a breeze and can easily finish an opponent off if their biggest weakness is water. Mario can use Koopa Shells to slide in and they act as a barrier. Penguin Suits are technically a combination of the 3 previously mentioned power ups. Propeller Mushrooms, Cape Feathers, Tanooki Leafs and Acorn Suits all act as power ups for Ariel dominance over enemies and can even be used as weapons. Rainbow Stars grant Mario temporal invincibility against all beings that are weaker than him and even give him a speed advantage. White Tanooki Leafs are Mario's final resort, granting him Infinite Invincibility against anyone who isn't strong enough to pierce through it, it also gives him the ability to fly and can use the tail to attack enemies. In conclusion, Mario is extremely powerful and can solo quite a lot of other fictional verses, his Multiversal+ levels of power and his high end MFTL+ speed makes him a force to be reckoned with.

But Sonic outmatches Mario quite a lot, maybe not to base form, but especially once he turns Super: Base Sonic was able to Run across an Infinite Corridor with no difficulty and was fast enough to Literally restore Time, 2 solid Infinite speed feats right there. The Information Pad even states that it was Sonic's speed causing Time to return under Objective 3. info.sonicretro.org/images/thumb/0/07/SatSR_Prima_digital_guide.pdf/page260-360px-SatSR_Prima_digital_guide.pdf.jpg Under "Part 4: Got the Correct Time?" He can also teleport and Stop Time with Chaos Control. (He has mastered Chaos Powers and the emeralds has Infinite Energy, so he can just spam it) He can also Destroy Ghosts and Spirits as Sonic Adventure 2 and Sonic & The Secret Rings show. Perfect Chaos was Planetary to Star level and he got destroyed by Super Sonic all the way back at the start of the DC era. The Finalhazard was powered by the Space Colony ARK which was powerful enough to destroy entire Stars. In Sonic & The Black Knight, Sonic fights a Dragon in his Base form whom he compares to the Finalhazard. In Sonic Battle, Emerl was superior to the Final Egg Blaster which was capable of wiping out entire Star Clusters in a single blast, Base Sonic beat Emerl 10 times in 30 seconds. Next we have Erazor, he is superior to the Magic that King Sharyar used to create the Arabian Nights Multiverse, Erazor had destroyed half of this Multiverse by the time Sonic gets the 2nd world ring, then Erazor creates the Ifrit to destroy the other half, causing Sonic to collect the Water Blue Ring to get rid of the Ifrit's flame barrier, then Sonic destroys the thing. Erazor had put a curse on Sonic called the "Arrow of Light", this curse slowly drains the Life force of the one who's hit with it, meaning that Sonic was getting Weaker throughout the duration of the game, by the time Ifrit is created, half of the flame was gone already, yet Ifrit still lost to Sonic. By the time Sonic had reached the Night Palace, the flame was almost extinguished, to the point that Sonic was collapsing, and Erazor wouldn't fight him until after this, (This includes the Infinite Corridor that seperates Erazor's lair from the rest of the Night Palace) and guess what? Sonic *still* kicked the shit out of Erazor, even in this *severely* weakened state. In Sonic Runners, Sonic fights 1000 Mini-Erazors, which are all somehow equivalent to the main deal, Taking this into consideration, let's assume Sonic's life force was around 1% at the time he fought the original Erazor, 500 × 100 = 50,000 and seeing how the Erazors are all somehow equivalent to the real deal, we times that by 1000, giving us 50,000,000 and Sonic was fighting them like any puny egg pawn, times that again by 10 Centillion, giving us 50^303 (Zeroes). How this guy still gets lowballed to below Planetary, we'll probably never know. In Sonic Forces, we meet a New villain by the name of Infinite, who is powered by the Phantom Ruby, this Ruby is the same thing that the Phantom King used in Sonic Mania, and in the fight between him, Eggman and Classic Super Sonic, *Time Itself!* was being thrown out of wack and the Ruby was creating Illogical Time. (Such as 5 minutes and *82 seconds* ) Infinite straight up stomped and kicked Sonic's ass when they first fought, and this was *way* after the events of Secret Rings (In Forces, it is stated and shown that Sonic grows in power every second) and Sonic was no longer under the curse that Erazor gave him, meaning that Infinite is *100 Centillion* times above Erazor Djinn in terms of power. And not to mention that Sonic gets stronger with every ring he collects (He has collected over 70 Billion of these things) and that was stated before Forces was released. Eggman even states that his Death Egg Robot had surpassed Infinite and truely implemented the Phantom Ruby's Power, making Base Sonic even stronger. I've saved the best Base Sonic feat for last, in Secret Rings, Alf Layla Wa Layla destroyed the entire Multiverse by existing and Sonic didn't even care in the slightest, he was more concerned over what Erazor Djinn had turned into over anything else. And when the Multiverse was destroyed *He. Didn't. Even. Flinch!* And in Sonic Forces, Sonic is stated to grow stronger every second, the multiplier is unknown, even if this Multiplier is 1, it'll grow Continuously, Multiplying it even furthur, in a Year, there are 31,557,600 Seconds in a Year, and seeing how Secret Rings took place before Sonic turned 16 in Generations, that bring the Calculations to 500 × 100 × 31,557,600 × 1000 × 100 = 3.15891576E+17, or in other words, 3.15 Quintillion. Darkspine Sonic literally recreated the same Multiverse perfectly, all with a Hand-Motion. MaginaryWorld holds the dreams of every living being to exist, there is no way in hell you could possibly calculate the amount of Universes this thing holds, it also exists on the 4th Dimension and still refers to its worlds as "extra-dimensional", making them 5D. MaginaryWorld also exists in all the other Timelines. (There are Hundreds of Billions if you calculate it) Why am I bringing this up? Because Egg Salamander, Egg Wizard and Time Eater all destroyed it at least once, putting them on a Complex Multiversal level, Super Sonic is superior. Blaze's Dimension is an Alternate timeline with the same physics as Sonic's, and seeing how the Egg Salamander and Egg Wizard were not only affecting the 5th Dimensional Plane of MaginaryWorld, they were also destroying both Timelines individually, and out of the big 4 Sonic Villains, (Solaris, Time Eater, Egg Salamander and Egg Wizard) they're the weakest by far. Time Eater destroyed Multiple timelines, including Sonic's, and they all hold MaginaryWorld, Base Sonic survived this at *Point blank range!* and he was only knocked out for a few seconds, and Sonic got up perfectly and only felt a little light-headed. Just because Eggman was controlling it doesn't mean anything, he even implied that he was holding back the Power of the Time Eater *before* Sonic turned Super. Time Eater was also time based and was resistant to time based hax, and seeing how much damage he caused, he is also Infinite 6th Dimensional. The crown jewel of this though is Solaris, who existed in all Points of Time and was stated to have destroyed *Every. Single. Timeline!* meaning he literally destroyed an Innumerable amount of Extra-dimensional Worlds to the 512,753,664,000 Power, *Super* Sonic is still Superior to that. Hell, it is Highly likely that Sonic has gotten way stronger since then due to his Evergrowing power. We don't even know if He used his full power in the fight. (Which is pretty unlikely) Not to mention that this was Phase 1 Solaris, and once he went down, Sonic said that "Looks like it's not going to be that easy." Basically implying that Sonic thought Solaris' first form (Whom was responsible for all the damage) was a bit of a breeze to him, even Phase 2 Solaris goes down pretty easily. Going back to the "Stronger every second" Calculations, if the 31 Million Multiplier applies to Super Sonic as well, it gives us the final result of 1.61812750E+19, or in over Words, 1.61 Octillion. (That is assuming the Multiplier is only 1 every second, it could be Anything really) Solaris also exists beyond Space-Time and was still resistant to Time Manipulation, putting him on an Infinite 6th Dimensional level of Power. And let's not forget that he also has Hyper Sonic to stack on top of Super, which is an Infinite Power boost from Super, so it's an Innumerable amount of 5D worlds to the *Infinite Power!* The Classic games all Multiply the Timelines by 2, Shadow the Hedgehog (Game) has 326 possible outcomes, the Archie Line has at least 1000 timelines of it's own, with Sonic Boom having a normal timeline and a parallel timeline. Sonic The Fighters has 64 possible outcomes: 2×2×2×2×2×2×2×2×2×2×3×2×2×2×64×326×1000 = 512,753,664,000 Remember, Sonic still has Hyper to stack on top, and Hyper is an Infinite Power boost from Super, so it's Infinite. The Master Emerald is stated to hold Infinite Power, possibly meaning that Hyper Sonic is a 7th to possibly Infinite 7th Dimensional Character. And let's not forget that Sonic defeated Solaris so long ago and in Sonic Forces it was stated that he grows stronger by the Second, Ring energy also makes him stronger, God knows how much stronger he's gotten since 06. However, it would not be enough to push him into 1-B unless he pulls off an 11th Dimensional feat. In conclusion, Sonic absolutely destroys Mario overall, while they may be around the same level in a base to base fight, the fight is instantly over once Super Sonic is involved.

Mario would still defeat sonic because he can easily overpower hyper, super and dark sonic by using the mega mushroom or the invincibility leaf or the metal cap. Mario has a lot more power-ups that he can defend against any of Sonic’s forms. He’s also been shown to be stronger and more durable so he can pretty much survive anything sonic attacks him with and he has power-ups to defend against any of his forms. So you are wrong
