Wow. With respect, this discussion is so jargon filled, it’s nearly impossible for an outsider or layman to follow and understand anything these obviously wise men are saying to each other. This is clearly a discussion for narrow specialists by narrow specialists. It would really help if they took some time to lay out the framework of the topic, their assessment of what the threat environment looks like going forward, and then describe what it is they actually do and are planning to do in a way that a non-military Officer could possibly understand.
It’s over my head too. I’m 25 minutes in but have almost no idea what they’re talking about. That’s unfortunate because I’m trying to learn so that I’m not clueless if/when things get hot in the SCS, etc. 😕
