Not a very good live (on-line) recording of tonight's performance by Mariza of "O Gente da Minha Terra" and her musicians Ângelo Freire (guitarra portuguesa/Portuguese guitar), Diogo Clemente (viola/acoustic guitar), Marino de Freitas (viola baixo/bass guitar) and Hugo 'Vicky' Marques plus an orchestra.
It is so evident how Mariza moves people. Just look at the expressions on the faces of the public attending the concert. I am sure they have heard and seen Mariza perform this piece many times before. Be it on TV or live. But moved they still are. It never fails. Nor does the standing ovation! Well done (as always) Mariza! You make us so proud. Being part of your 'following' and able to say: we love you MARIZA. I will always be grateful for that!
