Here is a great In Home Core and Glute workout. The video is about 45-minutes with the instruction, but once you get it the workout takes about 30-minutes. It's a great one when you have limited time and want to activate all the important muscle groups in your body!

Great routine Mark¡¡ out of curiosity do you drink sodas or sugary drinks? I read that when you raced you never drank sodas. I bet that you still never drink it. Cheers¡

Glad you liked the routine. No, I don't drink any sodas or sugary drinks, not even fruit juice. When I raced I did drink sports drinks, but only during training.
