I've only owned my salon for almost 3 years . I'm blessed to know this restaurant family. Yet, these are the videos that inspire and help me want to mold my business after a lot of their beliefs. So many ideas I agree with , yet never figured it was something I could implement in my own business., How wrong was I. Mark your an outstanding speaker, because your just being the true you. Canlis's greatest gifts are humility, kindness, generosity, humor, dedication and how welcoming they all are. The food is extraordinary with Chef Brady Williams. And congratulations to the head wine director for winning a James Beard award this year! Well deserved!
Incredible perspective! Living in Chicago and working in the restaurant business I would've like to attend this live. What a great foundation and model to build a restaurant on. Wish my past and present employers would adapt this mindset and approach!
