On July 10th, 2024, the League of Women Voters, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.@ Upsilon Rho Omega Chapter, and Mainstream Civic Engagement held a Meet and Greet at the Matt Ross Community Center for candidates for District Attorney, District 10; Johnson County Commissioner, District 2; Johnson County Commissioner, District 3; Johnson County Commission, District 6; Johnson County Sheriff; Member, State Board of Education, District 2; and Member, State Board of Education, District 4.
All candidates were invited to the meet and greet. All candidates were offered an opportunity to record a message.
