i remember seeing that skydiving scene for the first time, when the movie came out in '91. ..man.... i think ill still remember it in my next life. the definitive patrick swayze role, god bless him. epic.
Love this movie,15 yrs ago wanted to surf, got smashed by a big wave on the gold coast in Australia, bad weather .Still want to learn, you feel at peace when you're in the ocean, you realise how powerful the ocean is ,and how small we are compared to all the beautiful nature that is out there in the world.I just let the wave take me i was under for awhile,i didnt fight with it i just let go and then swam in."One wave ,just one wave man" Swayze to keanu love that scene, brillant actors and good music
Rest in peace Patrick Feels wrong saying this here but if it helps 1 person then it's worth it I guess. EAT PLANTS PEOPLE. If Patrick ate nothing but plants and didn't smoke, he'd probably have lived to 97, not 57. If you eat a wide variety of whole plants foods, your likelihood of getting a disease is very low Studies show that the more fruits and vegetables you eat, the happier you are, even upto 8, 9, 10 servings per day. The Okinawans got 96% of their calories from plants, I get 100%. What about you? The higher the better. goodluck friends, happy to answer any questions and explain things further if needed
“It was never about money for us. It was about us against the system. That system that kills the human spirit. We stand for something to those dead souls inching along the freeways in their metal coffins. We show them that the human spirit is still alive.”
That's funny because our parents baby boomer generation said the same thing about us in the 80's, early 90's. Those were our good old days & our memories we're in love with. I'm sure the youth of today are going to be in love with their memories 30 years from now. My only complaint is I wish they'd be more creative & make more original films rather destroy our fond childhood memories by making crap remakes of 80's blockbusters. Lol
@scottsplace30 if u dont remember it u aint watched it enough, it comes on after tyler ann kisses utah after the freefall and utah is driving along the road in OZ going to Bells beach
“NO!! NOOOO!!! I told them…..you’d go quietly. NOOOO!!! You know there’s no way I can handle a cage man!!! I don’t care!!! You’ve gotta go down!!! It’s gotta be that way!!!
