When they asked him about this interview years later on a radio show he commended the journalist for being a great sport in an uncomfortable situation, and he mentioned that she actually went to his show with her husband and talked with him after the show, to say hello and congratulate him, he said that they were very nice.

I think she was great. She stuck to the script and did what her producers wanted her to, but she also played along with Mark as much as she was allowed to

Mark Normand is one of the biggest Norm MacDonald fans out there. And this shows in this interview more than anything. That's exactly how every Norm MacDonald interview went, perhaps even tuned up another notch. It seems like you loved this clip, so I'll definitely recommend watching some of Norm's interviews.

Her name is Natalie Herbick, she’s the host of a show in Cleveland and she’s a favorite of a lot of comedians that tour that city. She’s always a good sport with them. You should check out Tom Segura on Good Day Cleveland with her as well

That was HILARIOUS 🤣🤣🤣🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️. Reminds me of Bill Burr on that New York morning show talking about the priests 🤣. You take your chances bringing comedians on morning shows. 🤣🤣. At least New York had 2 hosts. This poor girl was on her own. I'll bet someone on the set wanted to stop it, but the producer said no no... Let this play out 🤣🤣🤣😮😮😮

I know it's easy to feel bad for the host but this isn't the first time Mark Normand has appeared on this show. A lot of Midwest towns as a promotional thing, if a comedian is performing at a club there it's in the contract that they appear on local TV or radio to promote it. Most comedians hate this so they've started trolling them. The hosts are usually good sports about it. Watch Tom Segura do DJ Dadmouth on morning shows, it's hilarious.

Hahaha a lot of Comedians will do this to local news!! Bobby Lee Is another comedian that does this…But they usually Break the boundaries On the local News comedy tours…sometimes theyre still awake from the show the night before. You’ll see the same routines around the country morning show circuits lol! Nothing makes you laugh more in the morning than watching local News Get uncomfortable lol
