This episode of the documentary really gave me a new appreciation of how autotune can be used in a positive way. For people who may not have great vocal ability, or don’t know how to play an instrument, it’s a way for them to express their emotions. Great track
I love love LOVE this song. I saw it on the documentary and had to rewind it like 5 times. It's beautiful. The verse melody is absolute perfection. Such an ethereal emotional quality
The production on this is outstanding. As someone else said, that dark reverb bloom is amazing, as is that synth pad and the beat treatment. Crazy good. That one section of the guitar part reminded me of the Corrs song 'Lagan Love.'
My god, the reverb bloom on this is gorgeous - so multidimensional. And the lead line at the end *chef's kisses*. Great song. This episode was class too!
Mark Ronson, THERE YOU ARE!! We been wondering where you were. The trilogy you just put out not to long ago, sounds phenomenal. The States can't hear the first on yet, but I bet it's way above par. Great job, glad to hear you again. P.S. looped your tracks in the Twitter The Force of Good at the end of course. Best for last.
I'm not a fan of autotune. During this segment there was debate about whether autotune was cheating. Maybe it is, or maybe it's just too robotic and dehumanizing. The series Watch the Sound, however, is fantastic. Understanding all that goes into music production gives new appreciation and appeal to the recorded music listening experience. Mark Ronson knows his material, loves his work, and delivers with an enjoyable laid back vibe. If you love music, watch this show.
Man teamed up with Bruno Mars and guess what after that song when he teamed up 2022 had sonic 2 and if you get to one moment you get to see the song without having to listening it on phone
Sht, I really thought this show would be awesome... Saw the 1st ep and made me be more in love with 80's and backwards music, literally everything is done... Pitiful song this one BTW
