1:09 That red EF if hands down the cleanest whip in the entire vehicle. I just took over ownership of a 91 EF Hatch because my best friend took his life a couple of weeks ago.. :\ Excited though to bring it back to life for him since he never had the chance with the hard times he was going through. My best friend first car was a EF sub speakers, rims and a lot of attention back 2002 and I was always in the passenger seat listening to tupac, mobb deep, g unit and smoking wead all the time lol.. Sadly he trade his car for a Suzuki 600 special edition Telefonica and died from a tractor trailer who hit him.. This car is a classic and a beauty thanks for sharing your video thumbs up.
Dude....you REALLY get what makes that car looks good. A lot of people overlook these because they're so dime a dozen but I've always thought this one and the EG hatch look friggin amazing. I was just disappointed beating all of them when I raced them. BUT...one thing I've always noticed is that there's always ONE! In every city I've lived, with every car I've owned. Every city has one EF Hatch that is not to be fucked with. lmao!
Looks pretty. I miss being a part of the tuner scene. The biggest problem is idiots keeping tabs on you so they can steal your ride. Hondas get jacked like no other.
@ JHartColorado...It was a weird clutch feel when I got it as well as the throttle cable was incorrect. For the first few weeks of having it I fixed a lot of drivability issues. I also reprogramed it, the idle was all over the place lol! I just loved the car though. I don't have those wheels anymore sorry. Thanks for the comments!
Honda Street Garage where'd you take it to get that body restoration? mine has a few dings here and there but I'm wondering where I should go in order for it to look like new . same civic !
I've driven this car. You traded my buddy the paradise blue/green integra for it. Tge integra had the muffler cut off and this ef was on painted Black kosei k1's if I'm not mistaken?
you need some info man go to nzhondas.com all the information you need is on there from turbo to n/a engine swaps typres what oil how tos. I got my ef-8 this year as well and people on the forums have helped me alot.
mine is very hard to start. like it's not getting fuel. runs a bit but dies. always takes 5 minutes to get it really running. any suggestions? new coil, rebuilt carb, any ideas?
Could be a dumb question but have you taken it to the shop and had it tuned? On dyno? It can really get some kinks out of it. But very well could be the distributor.
Buttered Toast got it fixed. I had carb rebuilt but guy did not hook up the choke thermostat. I did the timing belt, new sparkplug wires, and spark plugs themselves. guy that did this for me said choke wasn't installed, he thought broken off. mechanic put carb on wrong. starts like charm now.
great little car. I bought it with 42k miles on it in 2013. now it's got 62k. so glad issue fixed. its almost 30 years old and barely broke in; will last another 20 taking care of it.

Virux Musicians tend to not listen to much techno or hip hop. It's not there for the baselines or to be annoying. There are individuals in the world who simply prefer to listen to full sounding music while driving long distances. Those people may also be the type of people that turn that shit down on city streets, at traffic lights and in neighborhoods. So, please, do everyone a favor and assume less.
I just bought my new 88' ef. And I'm wondering if the integra center console fits the Ef's without too much modification? Cause it looks that's what you have.. Get back to me please
