Cheers mark. You are a legend. I would also urge all of the guys who watch this video to check out his interview on freshly squeezed samples. This guy is right on the ball. He knows what he is talking about. And at least he is the sort of guy who actually tries to help people into the music scene rather than just tell them to do something for profit. I think also that the break in this track is fantastic. Trance is back with a vengeance people. Let it be noted. Trance has nothing to do with chart success. It is about your journey. Your feelings. Your surroundings. Your experiences. And most importantly of all. Your life and emotions. And when you add chart success into the whole thing the whole concept is thrown in the bin. A very basic way to put this. But it is true. Profit and trance just don't mix. Certainly not in my book. As Mark Sherry said. Let this scene stick to its roots even if it still must evolve. I can't stress this enough people. Can't wait to hear more from Mark Sherry. He is some man. Keep up the great work. Yours faithfully. Matthew Ward.

Matthew Ward Agree, BUT, if it would sound like it sounded when it started, tracks like these would sound very different, J00F's stuff for example is much closer to trance when it started, or 'Orkidea - My Sunset'

+Hugo Hakvoort That's true but genres are always changing, not significant enough to change the genre itself but enough to be noticeable. However this is still sticking to the base of trance and tech-trance, and honestly everything coming from Sherry is godly. The more modern stuff is way more banging and energetic then the old. What is annoying though is when people classify EDM tracks as trance, which is pretty much everything coming from Armin, Rayel etc. who are supposedly the biggest "trance" djs around, which they are far from.

Glorfendal I wouldn't stay it sticks to the base of trance, trance was a lot darker and hypnotic originally, hell, lot's of trance from the late 90s and on can't be called trance compared to the original (mainly German) sound. But I still label this as trance and yes it's a LOT better than all that big room shit which is called trance.

Just finding out about this song while listening to this beautiful 5+ hour set in Singapore that Sherry did. This song blew me away. The title makes sooooo much more sense when you listen to the song itself; absolutely amazing - wow. What a concept, he really hit it out of the park. Super unique sounding too. I love it.

Yeh, Mark Sherry is the top Tech Trance DJ. never heard of "progresivo psytrance" .... must be some futuristic style of music that is yet to come... LOL
