My big stumbling block is how to get the conversation started (breaking the ice) in order to transition into the Gospel, can you please point me to something, or a tip on that? Thank you & God bless you Johnny.
There are a lot of ways, but usually it isn't to start with something religious. You can just ask someone if they grew up religious and see where it goes. If you're going up to a total stranger, some kind of a prop with a riddle or question can lead into a conversation. I've interviewed people with a camera and asked a worldview question ("what are you living for?"), and that's an easy way to start as well.
