So 90 year dust bowl cycle suggests agricultural issues due to droughts and higher food commodity prices in 2024? If it does come in 2024, we can probably expect similar waves in 2026 and 2029-2030 if it plays out like in the 1930s. But of course maybe the opposite happens and we get flood issues but with the same out agricultural shortages
The boom part of the cycle is what enables the technology to develop, not the other way round. But of course, there is over-investment which causes the bust. Also, while researching the book I'm writing, I discovered the 18.6 year lunar cycle. The major lunar standstill seems to happen about a year before a house price crash. The next major lunar standstill is due January 2025 so we can expect a crash 2025/2026 period, which is what you are predicting.
We don't enter into cycles, we are always in them. Read Neil Howes 'We Are In The Fourth Turning', a great book. It may clarify some things for you. The war cycle as you call it, appears to be an 84 year cycle, based on the movement of Uranus. The 18.6 year cycle is based on the movement of the moon.
The irony of this book is that the information provided will SOON become stale once the market peaks into 26'. It'll be a prolonged down cycle, essentially this chart in reverse.
