Thats a great run down of food pricing in Turkey. I spend Nov-Dec 2022 in Istanbul and I can see prices have gone up considerably since. Also, at that time $1 USD = 18 TLR but now it's over 26TLR. I can imagine life for an average person earning locally must be getting even tougher. The very same is true for Pakistan and poverty is even worse there. Prayers for all our brothers in both places Ameen

Pakistan mein b kafi Sam rate hai cheezo ka jasay attay ab 1800 ka hai 5 kg chicken b same prize hai, oil ya zayada ka hai, per hai meat kum hai Pakistan mein, milk b manga hai. Mai apni grocery per month 45000 ke AJ kal larahe hoo jis mein meat and vegetables nahi hai hum 6 person ke family hai 4 kids hai meray.

I would recommend buying from local pazars, bim, Şok, and A101 as Migros is known to be more expensive.
