I just finished two outdoor markets the last two Saturdays. I'm not a fan of outdoor craft shows because you worry about the weather, but it was sunny and warm on both Saturdays and there was good attendance. Setting up a tent is a lot of work. I've never had a problem with my neighbors. The organizers have always made sure everyone sets up in their designated spots and that they set up properly for traffic flow. Best of luck from Pennsylvania.
Yes, I've had a similar awkward situation about neighbors. Not an entrance, but I've had a couple times where they set up as if someone could walk along the side of their booth like an aisle between our booths... but they didn't actually leave space for that by pushing their table inwards (if that makes sense) picture a set up like this __I I felt super awkward but just started setting up my table along the perimeter of my booth and hoped they would move theirs? They did a little, but people were still kind of awkwardly scooting behind my tables. It was very odd...
Congrats on your sales. It must be interesting seeing the different sales patterns at each market. Are you finding it easier to predict what will sell & what won't at each market? 🥰 Blessings from South Australia💕🐨
