​@Sean-qg3gg I think that André De Shields would also be a great choice for the role. Despite his age, hes still got a LOT of talent and energy in musical theatre, so he's definitely my choice for an actor of colour who can match Dr Facilier's charisma. Seeing how he played Hermes in Hadestown makes me curious as to how he would play an evil version of that character. That or Leslie Odom Jr.

@@volico72 How aged is he? Dr. Facilier doesn’t seem to be in his 20’s or 30’s, so a bit of age won’t be too bad.

@@Sean-qg3gg He currently looks great for 77, and while it contradicts the original, having someone on the older side may work to make Dr Facilier seem creepier and less trustworthy.

@@volico72 If anything doesn’t work, they could also just CGI over him to make him seem younger. 👍
