Charlie Chaplin also goes through a make-believe screen test as a role in movie - role where his role was such that he had to show his acting prowess to the movie goer and to the other actor who is supposed to hire him. The screen test is part of the movie where he applies as a vagabond or poor man or some similar role. Even in this test, he was exceptionally talented and good in how he showcased himself, one can tell, even though that screen-test , we all know, was make believe inside a movie being shot. Here, though, Marleen was going through a real life screen test in Germany for the movie "The Blue Angel". During screen test, she was allowed to sit down and smoke while show casing her acting talent while someone played the piano. The male actora and others look sturdy and strong.
