Subtract the first 2 numbers of the serial number from 100, that is the year made. Unless the number from 1 is 68, 69, 70 ,71, 72 them that is year made

If it doesn't have a screw, I'm not sure. Far one has a screw best I remember I think. You might try asking Tom on the Cumberland Outdoorsman youtube channel. He does alot with those model 60s.
