Marlon is still married to his wife of over 35 years..The only one. Rebbie stayed married for over 40 years. Her husband died in 2012. The only 2 never divorced.
Marlon, Tito & Randy took more after Joe. Rebbie, Jackie, and Jermaine took more after Katherine. Michael, LaToya, Janet took got mix of both Joe & Katherine.
@@kasubakapambwe5621Janet said Marlon was her Dancing brother..its a Marlon Jackson best moment clip..Marlon still young in an orange fit & hat killing it..Michael say "Marlon Jackson ladies & gentlemen is he a fool."
@Angel Johnson he wasn't close with Janet when they were kids he was most close with Jermaine and Marlon and they still were after but because they left home he hung out with Janet and latoya more
Love you very much Marlon. I also love your entire family. I was born in 1959 so I practically grew up with you guys and The Jacksons will always be my favorite musical group and family. I watched this interview until she asked you to describe Michael and I can't continue to finish watching anymore. I loved your description of your dear brother and I can't imagine how much your family misses him. Our hearts ache for him too! God bless you guys and thanks for being the soundtrack of my life! Prayers for your family! Much love!❤🙏
I freakin' love Marlon. I got to see the brothers perform last night, his stage presence, personality, humour and voice are just brilliant. Such a genuine, wise chap.
I saw the brothers in February and I loved Marlon's energy! Always was a fab dancer :) As soon as he mentioned Mike I teared up though... I'm a damn mess! :(
I am a long time fan of Michael Jackson mainly because I'm a 70's baby and the Jackson's were before my time but thanks to technology and platforms like RU-vid I've been able to go back and enjoy countless hours of the Jackson 5 and the Jacksons performances and I am finding Marlon to be my next favorite jackson. He's hilarious.
I LOVE THIS INTERVIEW WITH MARLON HE APPEARS TO HAVE A VERY SWEET SPIRIT LIKE MICHAEL! THEY ALL DO! I'VE BEING A FAN SINCE THE 70's! SENDING LOVE TO THE JACKSON FAMILY!
i never new how much i would like marlon until now i mean i always like him cause he was close to mike but just hearing him speak makes me like even more now, and what he said after his brother die will always hit me deep! now that he is gone hopefully they will leave my brother alone😥😟❤
I miss the Monique show it was very new and fresh and she brought a lot of people on set to the world that people did not know and also she did it Her Way and was very open and loving!
Me too. I loved how authentic she was on the show. I liked to see her cool and fun loving nature. How she would come out for the show dancing. So opposite from Oprah over the top conservative style.
Nice interview with music singer Marlon Jackson of The Jacksons in Monique Hicks television show. I like Marlon. Marlon should've did more solo albums. I like Baby Tonight album that has songs Don't Go, When Will You Surrender, Baby Tonight, Something Coming Down.
I never said Michael wasn't the star that is a given, and the reason Marlon was the better dancer was because of the whippings. Michael even stated that he learned his movements from Marlon. Do some research about the dancing---we not talking about stardom and singing, hell any idiot knows that Michael was the man from day 1. But I am allowed to have my preference and I liked Marlon as the best dancer.
+ann landers NOt EVEN CLOSE TO BEING TRUE. Marlon did the major part of the choreography. Of course as far as original style is concerned, Michael didn't copy Marlon, nor did Marlon copy Michael. They are 2 different dancers, just like Gene Kelly and Fred Astaire. But in terms of group steps, Marlon came up with the lion share of the routine. This is well documented in many articles AND from Michael's own mouth. And calling people retarded isn't cool. You can do better than that.
How come when Monique says " and now the one & only the greatest entertainer of all time michael Jackson" at 4:16 this mo fo just sitting there not clapping ?? What? He got a free ticket to the show & is obviously a MJ hater .. don't make it too obvious now! Besides that crap I liked this
Which brother wore the spandex pants and tops baring the mid drift area I laughed my ass off the first time I saw him and every time after I'm pretty sure Catherine didn't make those outfits
@@tynesha8575 because she got treated better than them she got to call Joe dad & him hugs & didn’t have indoor the beating that they did or work hard but Michael extremely mad because after his 16 birthday she was born the next day
Growing up in the era of the Jackson 5, I remember going to Madison Square Garden to watch these guys perform and they were phenomenal until this very day they still bring a level of excitement to myself
I have been to the point of no return and seen the chains, cane and blood from the people during slave trade. It was so sad and the chains were very heavy. You can still smell the scent of the dead people at the point of no return because most of then when I'll were cast in the river to die.
