Great question! You could go with either. The Regular will fit UP to 6'0", with a girth of 64", but that will mean the head and foot are likely touching the ends. If one were to compress the fill on either end it would compromise the insulation. The Long will fit up to 6'6", and so would provide a little more room for movement without compressing the insulation.
