Folks see videos like this one come here with their big city attitudes and have screwed up the area. A visit is OK but don’t move here. Real Yoopers like it as is.
@@sknmarquette6242 my comment was critical due to the obvious fact that the footage was not (hopefully) shot by a Marquette resident. For example, the condo's on the shoreline? Uh, no. Marquette cannot be shown from a drone flying around in those areas. Put boots on the ground and walk around. Marquette is a wonderful city, and this video does not do it justice. The city deserves a a better effort than this.
The music is so pompous that it's comical. And the loving drone shots of the power plant smokestack and the dead ore dock are really not good selling features.
