Marriage is only a scam if the people in the marriage are not sold out for Jesus. If the people in the marriage are still self serving then they will suffer.
Marriage is not necessarily a bad thing, humans beings, especially men enter marriage not because they truly love someone, but because they want fatten their ego and such nonsense involves the oppression of women. Marriage doesn't need to be a scam or a structure of oppression, it can be beautiful thing , that can make people happy, people ( Men) should only enter marriage if there willing to be loving and caring for their wives .

Yes God is the binding necessary to keep the two together to become one! Also women need to stop marrying down, it only harms the woman and her future offspring later on.
Your video is misleading and so biased and seems to come off from a negative experience. If we used your approach then everything in life is a scam eg 9-5 jobs, religion, cultural practices etc. Some people have had wonderful experiences being married and some the worst. Does it make it a scam nope just like everything else in life e.g religion. The society might have a say on how marriage should be but it doesn't it boil down to you and your partner. Marriage like everything else in life is an experience which requires sacrifices again like everything else in life. Irs a choice too if you know you are unwilling to make those selfless sacrifices people have a choice not to get married. Problem is people once they face hardships in marriage they start saying its a scam but do you know that that 9-5 pm job you doing or religion is a scam too...did you quit on that.
