Not sure how I stumbled across this, but I genuinely appreciate it. I've been married for soon going on 5 years and Currently my wife is working through with a divorce and I'm absolutely crushed. I've led this marriage to the grave and hurt my wife in more ways then I can begin to imagine. My heart is crushed, and I constantly feel devastation and shame for how Ive failed her. Hearing your story and knowing God IS big enough, gives me a sliver of hope he can reconcile us. If you read this and your a Christian, could you please pray God would reconcile and resurrect my marriage with my wife and daughter. Thank you.

The only way for a relationship to survive is to have that sacrificial love of Jesus in us if we have experience the love of God for ourselves and we love God with all our heart first he will come through we need to remember when our marriage is under attack its the enemy trying to destroy what God has put together instead of fighting we fight our spouse that's why Jesus say watch and pray

Helen Enang I pray we never endure anything like that again. It’s been 7 years since we reunited and we are still going strong thanks to the Lord. As the Lord says we must pick up our cross daily. Stay humble because pride comes before a fall. We know we’re not perfect but the Lord is and that is where we get our strength!

Lori-An Wentling Hi Lori, I am so sorry you have been dealing with a trial like ours. It is not easy! The feelings of betrayal and brokenness can be overwhelming. I encourage you to get in some counseling with your husband if he is willing, some Godly biblical counseling! We serve an awesome and mighty God who can grab our hearts and change the paths we were on. He can restore what has been lost. There is hope if there is repentance and a sincere heart to honor the Lord and the marriage. Piper and I will be praying for you and your husband.

Matt Herrera Thank you. Yes we have been through Christian counseling, marriage intensive weekend, I have done individual counseling as this is my second marriage where infidelity has been an issue. Both husbands cheated and although I divorced my first husband my husband now has worked really hard to prove he’s trust worthy and has been remorseful. It’s my hardened heart that is driving us to isolation instead of oneness. We were leaders of blended family ministry and many marriage small groups which made everything so much harder for me to let go. I know God is faithful and it’s me. Your testimony hit me to the core as I felt like you and Pyper were telling my story.
I know it’s been a quite a few years, but as I watched this video I smiled. Any restoration testimony is good for standers as they are giving Glory to God. What I wasn’t expecting to see what the horribly ugly comments. The gift of witnessing is an honor. I pray that you both are doing well in Gods grace and love. I pray that your marriage is stronger than ever before.
Reconciliation is possible only if both are believers however severe it is Christ does heal each and every soul....lest it is a bruise for a life time...and better to be off with our own life...
