Great video. Have stayed here 3 times in last 18 months and your info is spot on. We like Kingfish, but there is extensive construction going on this year. Not a show stopper if that is your preferred location, but something to be aware of
I always request the kingfish building on an II exchange and usually get the waterway view. It’s very relaxing to watch the boats go by even if you get a lower floor. The beach is terrible down on this end though so we usually stick to the pool. The bar and BBQ area is very nice. Parking is easy.
Excellent video! Informative with beautiful views of the property. Great use of the graphics too. I def need to see the inside of a unit here. Also great speak to you! I gotta add this one to the list. It looks beautiful.
It is a great property and very kid friendly. This is one of our favorite Marriott beach resorts in Florida. Thanks for watching and it was great talking with you too!
So is it safe to say the one bedroom villas have a good view? I think that was what you showed at the 2:15 mark?! Thank you so much for this helpful video!
It depends. The two bedroom oceanside units shown in green at 1:51 can also be one bedroom units as these are technically lock off units. They consist of a one bedroom and a studio unit. What you see in red at the 2:15 mark are the one bedroom oceanfront. Lower floors of either oceanfront or oceanside may have obstructed views. All floors in oceanside will see the parking lot but higher floors will also have decent views out to the water either to the left or right. Hope this helps and thanks for watching!
We love king fish for the calm- but my kids aren’t babies. Our favorite view was from there. I have been going to OP since my son was not even 1.5 (he is now 11). But the rental prices for school breaks is out of control- $4000plus. We use to pay half.
