I cried the entire video! My Mars is Squared Pluto. I have not been able to describe why I feel in survival mode my entire life and why I have been through so much and yet I will never back down and just give up. Once I focus the battle to rise above my struggle that is when I grow and transform that energy. I get it now. It's easier to do when it's an outside force I'm fighting against, the difficulty comes when I'm battling my inner self and my mind. I am my own worst enemy and yet my best protector. Excellent explanation! This is such a difficult aspect for me to deal with... especially because my Rising Sign is power-crazy Scorpio and my Moon Sign is impulsive Aries! Further exacerbated by my Mars being in my 8th House and also squaring explosive Uranus. Not surprisingly, perhaps, following my constant battles and anger surges, yet with the civilised need to control my destructive urges, I have effectively retired from the World as much as possible, like separating the cat from the pigeons before it's too late... alone but safe, controlled and happy in my little cave. Yes, this aspect alone can produce dangerous people. Self-control is key... but extremely difficult.

I have this placement and to add that my mars in the 1st house my moon is in aries also which makes me very intense. All he said is true to me. When I was younger i manifest the pluto most of the time but if I bottle up too much I burst out like a fire ball. So Ive learned to calm myslef first to avoid impulsive actions to avoid regrets later on. And the key here is the ability to communicate healthy and effectively towards other people on my boundaries. We have to accept that this is part of ourselves and all we can do is to regulate ourselves our emotions in the face of obstacles. When I was younger I was bullied and emotionally abused thats why when i grew up im always reactive and always in defensive mode when I felt someone is trying to walk me over or cross my boundaries bec I know the feeling of being bullied in childhood. Ive learned the hard way that we should pick our battles, if it is worthy of our time, energy and attention. Not always we should be in fight mode. And I agree channeling these energies into creating beneficial things in our lives such as in our self growth and career could make this hard placement serve us instead of the other way.

lol my boyfriend and I BOTH have this in our birth charts. I call it "The Hulk" aspect. We have this in synastry too. Hes Mars and im Pluto. (im also Pluto with my mother) Its basically just a sky high defense system when feeling attacked or misunderstood. Ready at a moment's notice to argue or fight if the right buttons are pushed. Its not arrogance, its purely defensiveness. It can make others afraid because in that moment our fear is 0% and retaliation is 100%. Its all Mars defensive stance 👩🏾‍🦱 Ive actually never been in a physical fight and rarely get boiling angry. Usually my tone alone makes people take a step back. There's only been 2 occasions where I was getting amped up and it shocked my loved ones/friends so they instinctively held me back. If I, the chill peacekeeper stands up to raise my fist ....its not to injure unfortunately. If we get our buttons pushed, people view us as abrasive or threatening. (Mars rules 1st house so our mannerisms in that moment appear aggressive and domineering). Pluto and Ceres are the only squares to my Mars. With Ceres i just try to rush to people's help whether they want it or not. Ive learned to ask first and not take things personal. 🧔🏽My boyfriend is a bit more complex. He has Pluto square Mars and then Mars conjunct Moon & Chiron. So that makes him emotionally driven and insecure. Then to top it off theres a Mars opposite Saturn who doesnt like being challenged by authority or told what to do. Thankfully he's aware of his anger struggles and works on them. So he's pretty chill with me. 🧍🏽‍♂️Boyfriend and Me 🧍🏾‍♀️ : Our relationship has never gotten abusive or physical or threatening. Our families say we've met our match. 🥴😄 In a way we kinda cancel the mars square pluto synastry out because we both are familiar with this part of ourselves. We rarely argue, if we do we just kinda seperate for a bit. Or if theres an attitude we dont get as nervous as people who dont have this aspect because we understand what lies underneath. Our code word is "chill" then we just do some handholding and move on. The energy of the square occured far less often than typical. We can be unaware that we're coming off too aggressive sometimes so its not always a conscious thing. The person with the aspect would have to be highly aware and the partner would have to be un-phased and patient in order to get past it. Pluto (me) has this underlining boss demeanor and she felt threatened by me for what i felt was no reason. I wanted to do what I wanted and felt she was controlling, so she'd go overboard in anger like instantly. I wasnt a bad kid at all i was a nerd. But she had this dream of what she wanted me to ne and I had something else entirely, so we'd clash. I never laid a hand on her to this day, she'd hit me on impulse if i told her no or tried to set boundaries. Shed get jealous and would lash out impulsively. Thats basically what the synastry aspect is, one person feels theyre being controlled and the other person gets VERY mad. Pluto has this underlining boss demeanor and she felt instantly threatened by me. (probably my natal underlying Mars square Pluto scared her so she took me as a threat even though i never touched or threatened her).
