This is by far the best amp demo I've ever seen. The only negative I saw was not using it for any solos, but other than that a PHENOMENAL review!

This is the best JVM demo on RU-vid. This is an awesome amp. I love this amp and the JCM 2000 DSL 100. However with two master volumes this is a lead guitar players dream come true amp. NICE DEMO!!!'

I have a 1960a Vintage with the V30 and the 1960b with the g12-75's and they're both great, I prefer the v30 for the metal stuff I do and the g12-75 for just about anything else but mixing the two is where you get to heaven!!! mic each one or as a full stack and your sounds is so full, robust while tight and still maintains great clear tone without getting shrill

One of the best demos ever! I have one of these amps and it's awesome, but you make it sound better! I like the midi set-up you got going. Questions : #1-The saving to midi doesn't save your tones also does it, just channels, modes, fx, masters? #2- What kind of Rocktron unit you have, and are you just using it for multi-effects like reverb, delay, chorus, etc? great demo of a fantastic head...I'm convinced this is the one I want. Now, to add it to a Marshall Dave Mustaine cab and I'll be set up really nice. Finally, to find a good quality midi controller. The one you used seem to be pretty good...heck, I just may copy your rig.

Hi, awesome review and tones, did you edit or process the audio too much or this is a raw sound?

Green Clean is separate board routing according to the manual just so it's a totalla separate pass-thru if you put Gain on 0, like you sai almost too clean :) But JVM gave people the most clean you can get so the discussion between Marshall and fender on that point died, which honestly it kinda did. But the Orange Clean that has a proper Gain step and hence gets compressed is something otherworldly for me. God damn it's so good clean.

As JVM owner since 2008, it's a great amp that fell victim to bad recommended bias settings (really needs 60+ not ~30) and terrible recommended speakers (screw the G12t75). Sounds as good as a Jubilee through greenbacks and with a decent bias.

Great playing, and great demo -- all kinds of styles and tones. How loud was this? Just wondering how hard the power tubes were working in this vid.

Jimmy Page played hot-rodded Plexis. His tone would definitely be at most on the Red Stage on the Crunch. Maybe even the yellow stage depending on some of his songs.

yes, you can put the pedals, the amp has two effect sends and returns .... you have to choose the most suitable for the type of pedal you use, but it is easy to understand, just consult the user manual :-)

@Iommi91 si, via midi puoi fare tutti i cambi che vuoi, in modo molto semplice, come vedi sul video, ma a differenza del multieffetto rocktron usi il pod...anche come richiamo preset..

I just got one of theese and going from the clean channelell too the orange channel the green is louder then the orange is this normal ?

What type of cab is that? It sounds good. I've noticed the type of speakers you use can "make or break" the JVM tonewise. I don't like too much highs with gain. Makes it sound scratchy and thin. Any recommmendations?

Caro Nazzareno, sono un felice possessore di una testata JVM 410HJS. Vorrei utilizzare il mio Kemper profiling amplifier come semplice multieffetto (escludendo quindi tutta la sezione di modellazione amp e cabinet) e connetterlo via midi alla testata. Per controllare il Kemper uso una pedaliera midi Behringer FCB1010 con 2 cavi midi così da poter inviare segnali al Kemper per la modifica di alcuni parametri come il tap delay o l'uso dei pedali d'espressione. Se volessi usare tale pedaliera come controller footswitch per la JVM e, allo stesso tempo, assegnare una determinata patch del Kemper ad ogni canale, quale cablaggio dovrei effettuare? ho notato che collega il midi in del marshall al midi in dello switcher. Il mio switcher (joyo pxl live) ha solo un uscita midi out. come posso ottenere lo stesso cablaggio?

he didn't get the megadeth or van halen tones that are possible with this amp...I've owned the amp for a couple of years now and have gotten some REAL authentic megadeth and van halen tones but you're right he got EVERYTHING else really well!!!

i would go with the vintage 30's without a doubt go with the winner either vin30s or greenbacks but greenbacks have way more of a brighter sound with enfasis on the highs more while vintage 30's have a much warmer sound with enfasis on the lower midrange
