But for a show to highlight this so as to say "Hey, you need these too" is what I don't like. Perhaps if they made the show about one on one time spent with these athletes doing things in the community that are showing how these young guys can become better men, that would be cool. You still get to learn more about these players up close and personal but you teach young guys values and things to give them self respect. But for this medium being used simply to be about spending money on things that won't impact their lives but instead will create improper values, that to me is so selfish on the part of the store. I know business is business but I would think differently if they were just marketing to other athletes and celebrities that have the discretionary income and not kids that have much better things to focus on.
