Martellus Bennett is a children's book author, an inventor, a dreamer...and the new tight end for the New England Patriots. While Bill Belichick and the Patriots are known for being tight lipped and stern, Bennett is pretty much the opposite. We talked with the tight end about being a kid, being an adult and paying bills and shit.

I had a class with Martellus in college. One day some guy in class needed a dollar to buy a Coke before class started. He stood in front of everyone and asked if anyone could lend him a dollar. Most avoided eye contact and made themselves busy, including myself, but not Marty. Marty stood up and gave him a dollar. It made an impression on me as a younger person on the importance of giving and it made me really appreciate Martellus. I know, cool story, just thought I share.

In Dallas, Martellus played well. His problem was that he played back-up to HOF Jason Witten., which Martellus acknowledges all the time. I don't know why he left the NYG or the Bears. But he's got great hands & he can block. Dude's having a great career.

This title only makes sense if within the interviewer getting to know Bennett, Bennett showed traits that were unusually weird, yet did not show them on this clip. And if that is the case, you can't have this title, because this title and this clip do not coincide.
