If she's your grandma, just tell her that not all food colors are "safe" and good for you. The regular ones are made from either chemicals or crashed bugs. Just google for information if you don't believe this. Lots of people (and children) are highly allergic to food colors found in regular grocery stores.

It was. Rachel ray always ends up doing her guest like that. She will not even let them talk hardly, she just chimes in and does it all. I've always liked her shows, but only now ,unless shes by her self, on her own show.. no guest.!!

Martha is being obnoxious..laughing off her threatening fear...She talks condescendingly. .While this sweet woman is so poised and confident..She knows what she's doing..This is covert control at its best..how she mentioned randomly about her 'friend ' who made a cake ..and it was so good..trying to take the glory of how good this ladies cake making is..I felt sick after seeing this. Wish she had her own baking show..😆😆😆

The butter needs to be mixed with sugar until fluffy or not grainy..then eggs in one at a time..Very misleading they cut this part out 0:56..

lol its funny to watch two cooks in the kitchen I don't like any other cooks other than me in the kitchen specially telling me what to do lol my mother in law tells me to change my recipes all the time and I get upset instead of telling me im doing good. So I guess it depends on how the advice it's given I would either accept it or not but it's so funny when Martha asks the other Martha if she's not gonna swift the coco powder lol Where's the recipe for this I know they say it but is it anywhere else?

Funny comments. All chefs and culinary schools demand sifting everything so maybe the celebrity Martha is asking questions like that so viewers will know what is ok to do at home. My DIL hates me just like you hate your MIL. I hope if you have kids that you don't teach them or show them your disdain for your MIL. It hurts...I promise. I'm tearing up now as I write this.

Looks very good and am making one right now. They are on a short time frame with the show and for pete sake Martha was trying to help but the lady had a handle on the cake and on TV-Martha. Only issue is where is the recipe?

Nope. It’s a chemical reaction between non-processed Dutch cocoa powder, buttermilk and some kind of acid such as vinegar that gives the cake a red-tinge during baking.
