I have my own version of your S’mores Chocolate Mousse, l call mine “S’mores Alla Nana”. It’s practically identical except for the top layer, you added a Meringue Layer... l make a more traditional Marshmallow Layer! It starts off just like, l’m making some of my Homemade Marshmallows but instead of letting them “Dry”, l add the Marshmallow mixture into a piping bag, exactly like you added your Meringue. You can still take your kitchen blow torch and “Toast” the top layer of your dessert. It’s definitely a must sweeter than again, l’m making my for children. think your Chocolate Peanut Butter Tart and Triple Chocolate Ice Cream Cake look spectacular and l expect it tastes just as delicious! I just laughing when Jacques Pépin started, that he was 15 when he decided to become a Chef and tried pastry... “It over 40 years ago... He was born on December 18,1935 he could have easily said over 60 years ago! I know his age because he shares it with my mother... My Mother never admits how old she is either! 🤦🏻♀️😂🤣😂
