The wedding of Martin Butler and Sharon Reardon in 1984 at Roehampton - St Josephs Church After the service outside the church with all our friends and family.
Sharon so serene and calm and patient. And, of course, so very beatiful. 🎉 Thank you again folks for that lovely peek in to one of your most special days. 😘😘👏👏👏👏👏
Married in 1986, same tiara+veil as Sharon, also same dress but chose no sleeves. I had the same photo taken under a tree and it is my favourite to this day. I didn’t realize at the time, as it was going so quickly, as to how long my guests had to stand around waiting for all those photo’s to be taken - I felt sorry for them when I did, especially for the poor ladies wearing the in-fashion high stilettos which kept sinking into the damp ground! Although divorced many years ago, this bought back lots of good memories. Thanks guys.
Thanks for sharing, it reminds me of the Sweeney in parts, even the police siren in the back ground added to the atmosphere, what a great memory for you both - wonderful.
Oh my word you looked so different. I would never have recognised you. Our wedding pics of 50 years ago almost we are just the same. You don’t think you have changed do you till you see such pics. Looks a lovely day.
Blimey Martin, I am Mart too, we got wed about the same time and are around the same age. We share the same sense of humour and have the same rants. In fact the only big difference is that I was better looking by far... and still am... haha. Big love to you both, god bless :)
