I dunno if he has even won a major at all, but im quite a fan of this player. Such a brilliant potter indeed. Its a wonder he hasnt achieved what he deserves. Its also beyond me how he can play while wearing those tiny glasses. Ive tried being down on a shot with my reading glasses & either the top frame get in the way or im looking out of my glasses. Upside down glasses ala Dennis Taylor seems to be the only way abt it.
Martin won the German Masters in 2016 ! He was playing some amazing snooker back then. I remember when he almost beat Neil Robertson at the world champs in 2010, he was playing sensational in the second round but let Neil back in, who subsequently was champion that year. I hope he can get back to his best.
Martin "Goa'uld" Gould ... that's where he earned that nickname. Not human, that clearance, he must have been possessed by a Goa'uld symbiote in those few minutes!
