I've always noticed the similarities between goodfellas and wolf of Wall Street as Scorsese pictures and the main characters narration throughout is always a great touch

OMG fabulous movie!!! Loved every second of it. Nice to know that the real Jordan was in the last scene introducing the Jordan character to an audience in New Zealand.

I hated the extent and indulgence in hedonism of this film.. It got to a point when it became a caricature.. Leo performance was great but there was a lot of stuff that shouldn't be there..

When you know 'American Public' did not paid attention to a real life news and when you want to commercialize the 'act' then the screenplay had to be 'extraordinaire' and 'shocking' - 'why it was not told' - kind of thing. If it is a normal script why cast DiCaprio ?

I just don't see it with this guy...sure I get it he was in Titanic when he was a kid and we all loved that movie, it's a classic and he fit the role perfectly, but after that what? He seems so one note in everything he does, it's like he's playing Leonardo DiCaprio in every movie. He's like the male version of those Hollywood beauties that get roles on physical appearance and name recognition alone...I'm patiently waiting for that performance where he knocks it out of the park like Juaquin Phoenix did in Joker or Viola Davis in Doubt. I think I'll be waiting a while.

I agree with you - although I was impressed with him in "Django Unchained". He seemed like a character actor for the first time, rather than a star. But Tarantino's dialogue always makes actors look good!

He was great in The aviator, what’s Eating Gilbert Grape, The Revenant, the wolf of Wall Street and Shutter Island.... He’s actually a very good actor....
