Martinsville Police Chief breaks down the drop in crime statistics 

Crime is on the decline in Martinsville with the city seeing a double-digit drop in comparison to last year.
Martinsville Police Chief Robert Fincher said the department has been keeping a close eye on the crime numbers of the last few years and they were stunned at the recent decrease.
