In case anyone is curious, $80 in 1885 would be the equivalent of about $880 in 1985 & about $2,560 in 2024.

Man, that means the Whiskey was expensive, $55.65 in 1985! The horseshoes seemed reasonable, but that price is too high.

I think part of the reason that Buford didn't like being called "Mad Dog" is that Mad Dog is God Dam spelled backwards.

I just watched the trilogy on my dvd's. And this looks quite a bit clearer than them.

1:42 Hang on a minute. Between when Buford drew his revolver and _this_ point, he has discharged it _six times._ It's a six-round _revolver._ So if it was fully loaded _before,_ it's _empty,_ now. I mean, sure, Buford probably has _another_ revolver that's fully loaded, and his _lackies_ are armed as well, but he has _no_ reason to keep intimidating Marty with _that_ one. It's empty.
