I was owning 2009 model swift which I got it as 2nd owner... apart from car mileage it was a heaven.. I never regretted buying it... I got a chance to drive 2nd hen where I experienced better drivablity but remaining same experienced.. 3rd gen gave multiple discomforts especially in heavy traffic roads.. I have to do test drive to know about this..

Dual VVT, EGR இருப்பது போல தெரிகிறது( அதனால் தான் mileage அதிகம் கிடைக்கிறது). Water pump engine இல் இணைக்காமல் Electrical motor . Clutch hydraulic( முன்னால் டீசல் வண்டிகளில் மட்டும் வரும்). Compression ratio அதிகமான மாதிரி தெரியுது.(13 to 13.9)..
@@keerthivasan4609 There are 2 types of drivers and cars. One driving is for fun. Other for functionality. Swift is fun category. For small family, it is ok. Buy it and live peacefully for atleast next 10 years. Don't bother about 3 cylinder and all . Suzuki will probably replace K12 engine in all models with Z12E engine slowly( Dzire is coming next).. Moreover Swift is already established worldwide as a brand ( for last 25 years). Only problem is its low Ground Clearance(163mm) which is not common nowadays with all highraised SUV shapes. I myself have Spresso. Only thing that stops me is I am spoiled by Spresso's 180mm CoG and bonnet visibility..

This needs to be compared with Ford Figo/Freestyle Dragon Series 3 Cylinder Petrol Engine which was the well engineered and well refined powerful rev happy engine. Please do a comparison test if possible.
We own one, and that dragon 1.2 is a rev happy engine goes till 6.8k rpm and pulls like anything. No vibes inside or on gear or steering. Notsure how this 80hp engine is gonna pull 5 ppl sith luggage on steep ooty or kolli hills. Ena sonalum 3 cyl otrapo rev panni panni dan otanum ilana pick aagadhu.

Major points 1 This engine is part of that series hybrid , so hence a three cyclinder as of now , and maintaining two engines for this model gonna cost them more , So for me this engine is better than i10 in terms of tech , i10 kappa 4 cylinder might have a bit more power but its a old engine and average mileage , even my elevate gives better mileage than my estilo or i10 2 this engine is designed for city, and thus got a better low end pull , am a regular highway user and i see less swift or i10 there , so its a perfect city car , please don't compare it with punch
Our mentality is amazing.. we are happy that suzuki is finally treating India as a country.. we are happy that suzuki has finally introduced model same as export model.. if it was not for our home grown brand of Tata and Mahindra, these foreign brand would still treat india as a 3rd rate market. When I was driving the Gen 3 newly launched Swift, I was not able to go beyond 110 on the highway due to some shakiness and vibration I felt in the newly launched model, but they did good refinement in the gen3 swift model launched after 2 years. So, I think it's too early to consider this model maybe we can wait a year or two so the Suzuki might release a refined model.

Number plate in front grill can be lowered. Roof liner no improvement black or grey could have been better. Engine 3-4 cylinder option would have offered choice. Correct a Sport is needed.

Hi team, I’m using Tata altroz diesel.. I from villukuri KK dist and working in Hyderabad.. I came home 2 months once.. I take car from Hyderabad and I stop in Bangalore for fuel filling. And I don’t take breaks in between.. nearly 1300km I tuk only 20min break maximum . I maintain 85 to 100 kmph… I can drive a 3 cylinder car like 4 cylinder.. it will continuously run for 1300km without breaks???? It’s tuk 17 to 19 hrs max to cover 1300 km fr me to reach..
