Absolutely. The part where Magneto rips the Adamantium out of Wolverine’s pores is epic. Xavier sees what just happened, gets furious, and mind wipes Magneto. This event leads to the creation of Onslaught.

And Dark Beast equal to the likes of Iron Man, Carol Danvers, Storm, Wolverine, Cyclops, The Thing, She-Hulk, Valkyrie, Rhino, Klaw, Morlun, Sabretooth, Blob, Spiral, Sunfire, Venom and Carnage.

According to Marvel's hierarchy, The Void was classed as level 8 and Onslaught as level 9. You gonna need Merged Void from the seige story for Onslaught.

My childhood era of comics is the 1990s Age of Apocalypse arc through to the end of the Onslaught saga with Heroes Reborn / Heroes Return. Awesome seeing a return to those stories.

For me its cool to look back and see the transition of the characters looks change over time as styles change. I forget how completely cheesy superhero costumes use to be, but it sure is (as Rob would say ) DOPE to remember!

Meh . Onslaught is alright , but definitely wacking himself too much . No way does he defeat any cosmic entitities or threats like Thanos . Keep to what you are onslaught . A single planetary threat . This is why DC is much more interesting nowadays

I get what they are doing but they should've spread it out. They are doing the same thing as DC with the Batman who laughs. First it was the spiderverse, then the venomverse, then the sabretoothverse, and now the wolverineverse. I get it, but man can they run something into the ground quickly

wasnt the exiles first ? the exiles was the first time i read a comic of a team formed by alternate versions from different universes this time instead of teams with different characters they are forming teams with alternate versions of the same charcter

It's SO AMAZING that while I never read the comics as a kid, I watched the hell out of that 90s Fox Cartoon and collected Marvel Comicbook Trading Cards! @@PhylactoryNothing stops Jean's telepathy. She's Marvel's most powerful telepath. If she can probe and assault the minds of God-level beings like Knull and Nightmare, Magneto will be a pice of cake for her. Anyway, she also has telekinesis which she can use to remove Magneto's helmet.

Oh man thank the gods a better Onslaught story then the last one they did recently that had a great build up but for me just kinda fell flat at the ending. The OG Onslaught story was one of my favorite storys and i was lucky enough to be into comics and read it as it came out. I cant wait for more of this story!

Any variation of Onslaught is a character I can truly appreciate. However, I wonder if he and The Adversary would stand against each other. Personally, I think that The Adversary would work better as a villain, since the character's array of powers (and godhood) makes for an interesting analogue for Apocalypse.

you quoted the issue of what if where the dark phoenix destroys the universe. that's one of the 2 issues i mentioned when you were amping up kitty pride to be unkillable, but she's incinerated in that particular story. she was drowned and eaten in marvel zombies. was she not killed by ultron as well, come to think of it?
