Victor Timely maybe a Kang variant, but he’s a very kind hearted man that isn’t like his other variants, he just wanted to make a good difference and he is good like He Who Remains before his death started. Also Renslayer is a Kang variant because all she wants is power

HWR did mention in Season 1 that some of his variants were not completely evil but that all had a desire to conquer time and you could see that same desire with Victor as he is eager to display his work to the world and shape time itself.

she's not a kang variant. in the updated origin of the nathaniel richards aka kang. has him meeting her in some prehistoric time his older self dropped him off at to get stronger.

nope, in the comics, she impersonated a kang variant. in the updated origin of the nathaniel richards aka kang. her origin has been rewritten as well. now his first meeting with her is in egypt (she's the moon knight in that era) @@bptnmrphy3991

Tbh, Miss Minutes is more evil than Thanos. Thanos actually believed he was doing universe a favour in the long run, and all the present wiping out the universe would help the universe in the future. He had lost his own planet and that had made him take on this idiotic, deranged path, but atleast he felt emotions. He was actually sad when he pushed Gamora off the cliff, even Mantis told Starlord that Thanos was mourning when they had him subdued on Titan. Miss Minutes is evil, like Darkseid. She likes to see others in pain, and it was made very obvious in the episode 5 where she killed the Doc and other captured TVA hunters by that squeezing machine.
