My recommendations for fan experience: 1. Open an online portal for registration for limited members. (And inform the portal opening time at least 3 or 4 hours before) 2. Before the show, give a short speech and tell sorry that you couldn't meet everyone. 3. After the show, you stand in a place and let people take a photo with you one by one. These recommendations may not be perfect but I tried :)

38:29 Hey because when we urinate there are many substances in our urine like byproduct of the breakdown of protein which is ammonia, which smells bad. Ice does not give a comfortable temperature to any bacteria to grow so it must have been there in the toilet.
